Born June 1, 1953 to Ralph Jesse and Vera Elizabeth Minor in Wichita, Kansas. Home was 421 S. Emporia. The in 1955, moved to 601 S, Emporia where there were couple apartment buildings and our house. Ralph was a barber at the Allis Hotel for many years, then at the McCellan Hotel, both in downtown Wichita and retired in 1969. Pearl Oshel Minor was my grandmother and Estella Myers was my maternal grandmother. Ralph had 2 brothers, Vernon and Theodore. Theodore (Beanry) and Mabel had a son, Theodore(Ted) who was a nurse in the Army. Ted had 2 sons, Theodore (Teddy) and Jon Minor. Jon lives in Iola, Kansa and Teddy lives in Yates Center, Kansas. I remember going to Aunt Nelly's funeral when I was very young. Grandma Minor died in 1972. Ralph died in 1973. Vera died in 2001. I do remember Beanry and Ted passing. Kenneth Kelly Minor was my 1/2 brother from Vera's 1st marriage.
