It's hard to know what is correct. I've found several descrepancies in records.
I was going by the 1920 and 1940 Census Records, but the information could have been misreported there.

|dianne knoch||Marvin Downs|
Could not find a Marvin Downs inn this cemetery, However I did locate A M.Winford Downs, b. * Sept. 1931- d 21 April 2011. Also very recently buried with him is Mable Downs, 1935/2016. Mables grave appears to be only a few days old. Also in the same plot at least 3 other Downs couples and one single grave. Please advise if M.Winford is the Downs you are seeking.

The subject couple are buried in Blackwell Cemetery, Catoosa County. You took the pictures for Find-A-Grave. Thank you so much. They are my 2nd great-grandparents. Just came across the pictures. Anything else you can find would be greatly appreciated. I live nearby and intend to go visit that cemetery in a few days. Again, thanks. JUDY

I created a memorial for Annie May Richardson. I have a copy of her death certificate if you would like to see it.
I sent an email to you the other day. Not sure if you got it. We'd definitely be interested in more information. I shared the information you sent with several extended members of the family. It was a 'Wow' moment for us. We did not know that information. I'm not even sure my grandmother, his daughter, knew that. Lol! Most of us had never seen pictures of that side of the family so we were also happy to see those. One of my aunts said my grandmother had passed on a few pictures, but they were not very good. If you have more pictures, we'd love to see them.
Thanks For the information and pictures!

Deleted what I put up and added to your memorial. The stone says Merlie D. but the obituary said his name was Delmar Merlie Defoe. He has one big stone with wife Edna. His son Paul is beside them. Nancy

Just returned from Beechwood cemetery in Cornersville, TN. The tombstone says Merlie D. and your request is for Delmar. I have added my finding as a new person. If you agree that Merlie and Delmar are the same I will delete my addition and place the photo on your memorial. Please advise. Nancy

|Rose Defoe||Jessie Belle Wilcox Grooms|
Mr. Tosh, hello, my name is Rose. I have seen your name on Find A Grave pages after I started looking up our family tree members. I was wondering if you could help me find a death certificate on my paternal grandmother. Her name is Jessie Belle Wilcox. Born 1893 Decherd, Franklin Co. Tn. and if itís correct, can only find a death date of 1919. Winchester, Franklin Co. Tn. My father while he was living went to Baker Cem. in Franklin Co. Tn and there is only a rock that reads Jessie. She married a Benjamin Harrison Grooms, but I canít find any info. if she died a Wilcox or as a Grooms. Any info you could find would be greatly appreciated. Also, thank you for the work you do for others. Have a Blessed Day, Rose

The marker that I found spells the last name FALKNER. Hope this is right - the dates fit and it is a child's marker. Let me know about spelling of last name.
