RE: Hugh Baum
Sometimes markers are stolen and sometimes they are vandalized and sometimes a relative takes up a collection to buy a marker then runs of with the money. Or people just forget. Or they can't afford one.Or they don't think it is important...
The worst are the real estate developers who hire guys to remove the markers at night then develop the property and people who buy the homes there have no idea they are on top of a cemetery!

RE: Photo of Maple Lawn Cemetery
It was also known as Oakland Cemetery (don't know why) and it's located at the junction of Kane Rd. & Kemper Rd. It's not too far from Medora Cemetery. I don't know why Find A Grave has Fidelity as the nearest town when it's really closest to Medora.

The GPS coordinates are: 39.188102, -90.163722

I will contact Find A Grave & have them put the map on & also change the town to Medora.

Thanks for making me look into this!

RE: Photo Request for Emanual H. Boals
Elizabeth,
I just saw that I made a duplicate of Emanuel's memorial. (due to the name difference). Will you please add your photo to the older Find A Grave memorial # 89722840.

Thank you very much, and sorry for the extra time for you. I appreciate every thing you've done.

Linda

RE: Duncan
It is so nice of you to try and help me out. I would really appreciate the names of the Duncan's and will let you know if they are related. Don't want you to waste film and time if not necessary. Thanks so much!!

Kathy Knickmeyer
Pleasant SPRADLEY at Oakwood
Hello Elizabeth:
Thank you for your effort to find a headstone for Pleasant Spradley. Will update his memorial to indicate no stone. By change were there other Spradleys there? If so, hope you'll add them.
Best regards, Kathy
