RE; Sarah Louise Fowler Pace photo request
OK, this is a strange one. I know that at one time there was an upright marker for her husband, Rev. William Rhyne "Bud" Pace. (This grave is in the section between Daniel Morgan Memorial Gardens and the Cowpens Cemetery, so upright markers are permitted--It is in direct view when you enter the Daniel Morgan part of the cemetery. It is technically part of Daniel Morgan Memorial Gardens, per J.F. Floyd Mortuary.)
That marker is now gone, but there is a long stone base on which sits the marker for their son, William Rhyne Pace, jr. (I went to high school with him.) If you look at the photo on his memorial, his marker is sitting on the right-hand end of this base. There are a couple of bunches of silk flowers stuck into the ground in front of the other end.
Maybe the family had the marker removed to add Mrs. Pace's information, or maybe they plan to replace it, but at present the grave is unmarked.
Sorry that I can't be of more help.

Re: Robert Carl Ray photo request
I went to the cemetery and got the photo of the marriage information on the marker. I have posted it. Unfortunately, it only says "Married 63 years."
Hope this helps.

I see what you mean about the shadow. When I'm taking photos, I usually shoot a separate one of the marriage information to make certain that it is legible. I will go out and try to get a better one. If I can't get a clear photo, I'll at least get the information for you.

Sorry, I did not notice that the death date was not showing. I'll go and try to get a better one.
In the meantime, here is the obituary (you may already have it) from the local newspaper.

Cheryl, I am very pleased to transfer his memorial to you. That is why I am taking photo's, to help someone out there, connect with their family. Susan. I would love to see a biography on your Dad if you could put one on for him.

Hi Cheryl,
I am no relation...wish I could say yes as I love when I am able to connect from cousins on findagrave. Hopefully, in time you will. I am not sure how I came about on his and his son's memorial, but I do have a Clarence Orley Button in my family tree....and may have been searching for him. It was also around Veteran's day, and I like to remember those that have served our country. Good luck in your search.

Hi, Cheryl. Sorry about the fact that there's no visible marker for Fred. I've worked to document the whole cemetery, and even though he's listed as "Marker 111", the marker doesn't exist any more; no markers, except for one, exist in the cemetery.

RE: Photo Received for Arthur Price
You can now see better by double click on the picture, it will enlarge and you will notice the name/letters are missing on Mr. Arthur, I looked on the ground around it, nothing there. I can only assume it is his, since it is so close to Pauline.

I will crop the photos and attached them to the memorial so you can see and read them. Mr. Arthur's does not have the name in it anymore, the letters are missing. But you can still see the letters in his wife's.
