RE: Louisa Bertsch
That's wonderful that you have maps and worksheets to help you out! Louisa's husband has no headstone either only number markers, I believe, in a masonic lot. Maybe this was common for those with strong ties to the Masons. I read the book about him a few years ago. It's listed on his memorial. He was a fascinating man to read about.

RE: Sarah J. Dance Brown
Sarah's sister, Margaret Jones, is buried in Upper Gwynyd, PA. Both of their death certificates list Wilson Dance & Mary White as their parents.

Geof, thank you for the photograph. I assume there was no monument and this is a photo of the section where infant was buried. Thank you for getting that for me. Don't know whot this child beloneg to. Assuming to parents from either a iine of Uhts that settled in Erie Pennsylvania or another line that eventually settled in Wayne Co. Michigan, southwest of Detroit. My line settled in the Quincy Illinois and Lewis Co. Missouri areas. So far been unable to connect the three lines although all three immigrants born in the 1810-1820 range. Again, thank you for your time and the volunteer work you do. It is most appreciated by those of us living so far away.

I just saw your note that there were no grave markers. Unfortunate and I'll have to investigate into the possible reason as these are my relatives...

Thanks again,
Bev Thomas Sexton

I sent in an edit to correct his last name...just waiting for it to be corrected. I'll keep my fingers crossed on Sophia. That would be great. Someone found a charcoal drawing of her in an antique store and posted it. That was an amazing stroke of luck!

RE: Tracer
THANKS!!
My main interest in Cincinnati is the Burwinkel family. My mother was a Burwinkel. I have extensive information on them. Cutter is my husband's family. I have a lot of information on them too, but they are not all related. There are two sets of Cutters. Cutter from England and Cutter/Koetter from Germany. My husband's family is the German line. I researched both hoping to connect them, but soon realized they are not related at all.

RE: Philomena Cutter
Yes, I do have access to ancestry.com, but I use familysearch.org the majority of the time. I think I searched for her with her full name, which came up with nothing. So I will search under Minnie and George. Thanks for your help!! My husband is a Cutter, but his family settled in SE Indiana. I've been trying to connect the two families. But I'm finding some are English and our line is German (originally Koetter).
