RE: Harrison Cummings 68408097
Hi, Sindi,
I wish there was a way to link Hattie and Harry's memorials directly, but they can only be linked to each other through the parents' memorials. If you have a Find A Grave number for either their father or mother we could link Hattie and Harry to one of them then automatically that would link Hattie to Harry.

IOOF Pullman Photo Request
Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the whole cemetery has been photographed. If there is not a photo currently attached then it is an unmarked grave. Sorry for the news but I didn't want you to keep waiting.

RE: photo Nellie Johnson & John Louttit
You're welcome. I don't know if they are related but here are the names of the 5 stones in that lot location:

Hulda Johnson
Swan Johnson
Victor Johnson
Esther Carlson
Almeda Carlson

I don't know if they are your family or not as I can't find any obits or death notice on any of them.

I will post them by tomorrow if you want to check back.

RE: Mt Olive photo
Oh wow...I was right in that section near that location today. I will be going back the next couple of weeks again as the weather has FINALLY been nice and the snow has melted though we are due for a few inches starting tomorrow I am hoping that it won't stick. I will go back to that area when I go there again as I am still searching for another person in that section. I will keep you posted and thanks for getting the information.

OK....just let me know. I've been twice already but the snow has been pretty deep and now it's melting and a lot of standing water so you have a little time. I am going to attempt another trip this weekend weather permitting.

Mount Olive Photo Request
Hi. I will be going to Mount Olive cemetery over the next 3 or 4 weeks (weather permitting) to take photos of my relatives grave sites and I saw you had a request(s). If you would call the cemetery office (number on the front page of the cemetery page) and get the location of the burial, I will try to get the photo request for you while I am there. Just add it to your memorial in the plot section. They are very helpful at the office. Kathy

Sorry I couldn't help. The one for Fletcher is in a different lot in the same section and couldn't find one for her either.

Ruth Ellis Marker

I am uploading the photo of her grave marker. She is in Section L, Lot 297, grave 1. Next to her is a marker for Mark Gillis. Let me know if you want that one as well.

RE: Fida/Feda family
You are very welcome. The graves are in a beautiful little rural cemetery protected by a large, handsome Catholic church.

Thank you so much!
Dear Friend,

Thanks so much for adding the photo of my grand-uncle's grave. It means a lot. :) Let me know if you ever have need of a New England look-up!

RE: William Anthony
I didn't see them, but check with the cemetery, and ask if they show them having markers. If you get updated information I will give it another look

RE: William J Anthony
You are welcome. You mentioned other family members could be nearby and I did not see them. His was in a row next to Anderson, and there was an Ida Anderson, but I don't know if this is the other person you were looking for.

RE: Marshall Potts photo
Volunteers have done the same for me many times. It's always good having a family member "come home" this way. I'm glad to be able to return the favor.

Catherine Vaughn
I went out to take a picture of the grave and could not find it. I did find a LEVI Vaughn and two unreadable markers on either side. I think one might have said William Boone but the other was in worse shape and I could not make out anything on it. I took pictures of them and if you would like me to post them I will but I can not be certain it is Catherine Vaughn.

The inscription on Levi Vaughn said,
"35 CO. N.Y. Inf."

RE: Hattie Abra
Hi Sindi,
We are glad you were able to find Hattie's grave via findagrave.
Yes, many of the markers at Multnomah Park are only 'temporary' markers. Some relatives are 'updating' markers - see the one for Abraham T Higley at I think that one is quite awesome in that it incorporates the old temporary marker with a new, quite handsome, marker. If you are interested in getting a new marker for Hattie you would have to contact Metro, the managing agency for Multnomah Park Cemetery. We can give you the contact information if you are interested.
Best Regards,
