|Jon Crouse||A L Padget|
I'm am looking for a person on my wife's side of the family. I is her great great grandfather. His name was Abraham Padget. We know he was born in Illinois in 1865. He seems to have been a black sheep and took off from his family. I found A. L. Padget listed as being in the Lovell Grove Cemetery with the correct year of birth. It shows a date of death of 1899. I was looking for any further information on this person.
Abraham's parents were Frank Padget and Mary Ellen Bull. He was married to Ida Belle Stewart. Their daughter was Nellie Padget Eppinger, my wife's great grandmother. Eppinger, I believe was her step-father's name.
My mother-in-law did a lot of genealogy work on the family long before there were computers and this a gap that has stumped her.
Thanks for any help you can give.
