RE: Lucy Waterhouse in Woodlawn
I don't have any information on Lucy Jennie Waterhouse. I don't know where the person who created the memorial got the information on her burial site, but I suspect it was from a list created by a cemetery walker some time ago. The marker, like Lucy, may have been lost to time. I only have about 5000 Waterhouse names in my database at present and she's not one of them. I have been unable to find her in any Maine death records or any indication of her in or around Westbrook on the 1910 census. I will continue to look for her in available records, but I may never find her. My research, however, is slowing down temporarily so we can try to do our part to photograph and document some of the local cemeteries now that we're moving into autumn. Hopefully we will have a productive winter! Thanks for letting me know about the problem with Lucy's headstone.

Regards,
Zen

RE: Other Randalls in Woodlawn
Peter, I created the memorial for Kenneth Randall. At present all it has on it is his name. Thanks for locating his marker.

RE: Waterhouses in Woodlawn
Hey Peter,

I sent in the photo requests. Thanks for the offer of more photos. I'm researching the Waterhouse families of the United States so any time you see a marker for one of them I'd be grateful to see a photo. They usually reinforce what I already know, but sometimes they hold some surprises. It's great to have a picture to compare to the transcription. Find A Grave limits the number of photo requests I can make weekly, but I will continue to put up people in Woodlawn as restrictions allow. I can't wait for the weather to cool down out here in West Texas/Southern New Mexico so that I can devote some time to photographing headstones as well. Thanks again and enjoy what I'm sure is a beautiful Maine summer!

Regards,
Zen

Peter. Thank you so much for the photo for Alma. I have made a memorial for her husband, #134757136, if you still are able to input a photo. I still need to write up the bio, but it is ready for the photo. Again, thank you very much, Sandra

RE:Requests in Woodlawn
I requested a photo for Pauline Burns. No need to return to the cemetery and take a picture of half of the marker with only Virginia MacVane's name. Thank you for completing so many of my requests!

RE: Leighton Memorials in Woodlawn Cemetery
Peter;
Thank You for the photos.
I see that there is a difference between a "memorial" and paying the $5.00 to eliminate ads.
As I have written previously I am 74, and not in great health, and now "slow" on understanding new things.
Is "creating a memorial", adding details, such as birth & death dates ?
I was able to secure photos of Vaughn Staples headstone.
I have requested that someone take & send photos of my great great grandfathers headstones, and my parents, but no answer as yet.
Some graves are in tiny, unkempt cemeteries
Phil.

Mr Peter Morgan:
I am 74 and just exist on SS in tax heavy central California.
If I could I would make a contribution for "memorials", but simply can not.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a photo of all three-
With great thanks Philip Nason

Abby Davis Brown
Peter,

The pictures of Abby Brown and her family are perfect. I didn't see the other two views you mention but the one you have on findagrave is perfect. Thank you SO much. And the ones of Valentine and his family are perfect also. Seeing them all there together in a row just makes them more real to me. How nice. Thank you again SO much. I will add them all to my genealogy book.

I do have a question about the pictures you took of Valentine and Eva Davis 66467650 & 66467624. The large brown stone with Davis written on it, is that just a stone for all the Davis' ? Is Valentine and Eva buried on each side of the large brown stone? Do you know if Valentine is on the right of the stone as you look at the stone and Eva on the left or visa versa? I am figuring that the brown stone is just a stone for all the Davis' since I don't know who else would be buried in that section.

Thank you for all you have done for me. I really do appreciate it. Makes me feel more close to them now that I can picture them buried together. More personal than just a name on paper and just a tombstone all by itself. Thank you SO much.

Have a great weekend.

Sincerely, Candace
