Elaine Battaglia
M. Jones - Royal Palm South
Hi, I noticed you claimed my request for my great grandfather's grave photo. I would just like to thank you for your time that you'll be taking to look for it, and also - would you please photograph any other Jones graves around it? I'm looking for my other family there as well - especially my great grandmother, Regina Jones. Not sure if the cemetery would have any other info as well but if they kept any records of obituaries or anything that'd be great. I tried calling and emailing but have yet to get any responses from them.

Again, thank you for your time and effort! Hopefully you can locate him! I read recently about graves being moved and/or covered up at that cemetery. (I think that may be why I'm not getting called or emailed back).

RE: Charles V Duryea (12007221) & Helen S Duryea (12007222)
Mr. Duryea.
When I fulfill a request, I always make certain the request is open. When I fulfilled this in July, it was not listed as claimed. If you are just now trying to fulfill a request that you claimed months ago, the system must change the status if not fulfilled in a certain amount of time.

I know I am new to this, but I would not want to step on other peoples toes. I always look to make certain of the status of all requests prior to going to the cemetery. The other thing, is if a request is claimed, I don't believe I can click on fulfill to submit photos and take the credit.

As I spent a few hours at the cemetery over the weekend and now see that some of the photos that were not claimed prior to Saturday have since been claimed by you, I will file those pictures away and not use them.

Thank you for the pictures of our Aunt's grave and cemetery area. What a beautiful cemetery. We are trying to find her husband's grave with no luck. His name is Richard J. Spurr, Born 7-16-1903, Died 8-13-1975. He is a WWII Veteran, Colonel US Army Retired. Maybe in your cemetery travels, you might find him. Thank you again. Living in a different state, it is nice to see our Aunts resting place. Thank you again.

RE: LOUIS & LETTIE CHASE
I am sorry. I thought that when I withdrew the requests that an email would automatically be sent to the people who had received the original request letting them know that I had withdrawn the request.

I was sent a photo of the gravestone by another volunteer who did not know they were supposed to put the photo out on the memorial pages so I put them out there for them.

Sorry for the confusion on this.
