RE: William R. Miller
Hi Billie - New England Cemetery is about 50 minutes away from me. I went out there last summer and looked for all photo requests at that time. It was the only time I had gone out there and had decided to stop since I was passing thru.

William's was one of them that I couldn't locate. Many of the older monuments there are unreadable (Eliza Glazier's monument is a good example of what some of the older stones look like). Sorry I couldn't help :(

Marcus Elliott
In reply to:
This picture is put with the wrong Marcus Elliott. Note the birth and death dates.
Great job on catching that Billie. Also the one for Marcus C is wrong as well, looks like he just cross overed.
The only person who can correct this is the one who added the photo, the contributor doesn't have contol over removing a photo or readding if it was posted by another contributor.
Note the name beside added by, click it and send the message to him. I am sure he will fix it.
Thanks much for your time in pointing this out and keep up your good work.

RE: C. S. Maffitt
Thank you for the Maffitt family information. If you know where James Ivy's wife, Nancy, is buried, I will link them.

Chris Mills
Forest Lawn Glendale
Hi Billie,

Just an FYI, I was at Forest Lawn Glendale recently and I got marker pictures for Alephair Sleeper, Edward Sleeper, and Eleanor King Minkler. I also noticed a Michael Edward Sleeper (b & d 1955) buried near there, not sure if he is a relative or not.

James Manan Reed

Management of the memorial for James Reed has been transferred to you. There are about 80 graves in this small cemetery and there are actually more than that. There are a number of unmarked graves in this cemetery. I've also been to the Bryan Cemetery on Fisher Lane and Lewis Bryan who is buried there is my 3rd great-grandfather. Is there any relation of James Reed to the Bryan family??

Would you like a transfer. I have no connection to the family.

I transferred her memorial to you.

Thanks for the kind words. This has been a lot of fun as well as some work. As far as the Utleys go, when I have a chance I will look into John but I don't know if I will find a connection. It seems like an unusual name but there appear to have been a lot of them in a lot of different states.

RE: Miller
Your Millers seem to be a different line, unless connected further back. Sometimes siblings went in different directions so you never know. My husbands Miller;s originally were from Beaver Co., PA., a William Miller b. 1799. Have found other Miller's there from the same time period, but the court house burnt down probably sometime in the 1800's or early 1900's. His Miller's came to Meigs Co., OH, then over to Putman Co., WV. There is still some from this line in this area. Love those uncommon surname, much easier to research :).
