|Carol Oliver||RE: Headstone picture/Cambron|
I wonder if that county has records of Jeptha Jefferson Cambron & his wife. Several are just stones. Would it be too much to ask for you to contact the cemetery office to see what is on file or maybe the city hall records? If you can please take pics or send information.
Thank you so much!

I was wondering if you came across anymore Cambron family in this Finley Cemetery, because they are all family to me. That is a long way away from home. I appreciate anything you contribute. You don't know how much this means to my family!
Thank you so much!

I'm so sorry that you're unable to locate George's grave. He was a WWI Code Talker; I'm truly surprised that he doesn't have a military marker.
Thanks for your efforts, Suse

|Debra Usry||Carter infant boys buried at Soper Cemetery.|
Do you have any information on who the parents are of these two infant boys Michael Eugene and Travis Eugene Carter, buried in the Soper Cemetery. I am the librarian at the Lamar Co. Genealogical Society LIbrary in Paris, Lamar Co., Texas. We have the Johnson Monuments Records and are going through each one to make sure that those buried in Lamar co, Texas are in our Lamar co., Texas website database. We ran across the orders for both the boys tombstones and with each order is attached a picture of them in their tombstones at their funerals. We would love to know the parents to add to this information and we will place these in file folders.
Hope you might help?? Thanks and God bless.

Barbara and James,
Thank you so much for the photo. I have been tracing my ancestry and this is one of my mothers relatives. Since I have never been out of the State of Oregon it is impossible for me to get the photos by any other source than kind Find A Gravers like you both.

Thanks for the headstone photo and the message about Mr. Ashby's year of birth. I got the information I had from USGenWeb Archives at http://files.usgwarchives.net/ok/leflore/cemeteries/octavia.txt. Thank you so much for the stone picture. I noticed that you said you had a picture of Nancy, John James, and their son. Would you be willing to scan it and send it to me. I am related through her daughter, Lillian Corrine Churchwell Lester. I am having trouble reading what is written on the stone, but with some editing I will. Thanks again
