Maria Hyland Brown Kelsey
Thanks for the info.

My data shows that Maria's 1st husband George W. Brown died February 7, 1869, in Union County, OH. Location of marker is unknown. There is a George W. Brown on Find-a-Grave buried in Mitchell Cemetery, Union County, OH, but that George apparently died in infancy.

Regarding the "combining" of the two memorials, I cannot do that since that would require access to the other memorial for which I have no authorization. Perhaps Find-a-Grave can do that for you.

RE: Yockey, Steinhoff, etc.
If you email me at lfmwvu@aol.com I can send you what I have written up on the Yockey descendants which includes lots of those folks who left Monroe County and went to Iowa; while of course, still a work in progress it is over 450 pages. My direct line stayed in Monroe County, Ohio until my grandfather and his brothers left Woodsfield for Ohio State. After that they only visited their parents but raised their own families elsewhere.

Yockey Marker
Thank you for uploading the Yockey marker. I see we have Steinhoff connections perhaps. My second cousin 2x removed Rolly Casper Eichhorn married Alvina Juliane Steinhoff. My first cousin 3x removed Barbara Elizabeth Gambs married William Steinhoff. This all from my Yockey line.

RE: Anna C Ball Smith
Lynette, I forgot to mention that your suggestion helped me find additional information on Anna. Her parents lived in Rock Island County, IL before and after her date of birth so I have added that to my memorial. I also found the 1940 US Census that shows she was living in Hornick, Woodbury County, IA so it is very possible that she died there. I have changed the memorial to reflect these new details. Regards, Linne

Lynette, Thanks for getting back to me. I think we are all trying very hard to "get things right" so we have the most complete and accurate memorials. Regards, Linne

RE: Anna C Ball Smith
You made an edit suggestion for Anna C "Annie" Ball Smith, #94262991. You provided details for her birth and death location, that differ or expand what I have. I will gladly update her record with your information if you will provide me with your source. According to my records, she is the daughter of James and Dinah [Howard] Ball. She married Frederic H "Fred" Smith 20 Feb 1883. Since she lived another seventeen years after Fred died she could have married again. That said, I cannot find any record of her marrying a William McAuley. Regards, Linne

I would appreciate learning what support you have for the birth and death locations for Anna. I have not found any specific supporting documentation. I am definitely open to direction. Regards, Linne

RE: Linking Camps
Our camp history descended from three brothers of Nazeing, England, who came over in the 1600s. Our Camps are from Vermont and probably Massachusetts. SO at this time I cannot confirm anything but with Elmer staying with Andrew it seem to reason that there is a relation Lydia Camp. I just don't have a way at this time to show a relationship. I emailed a cousin to and he does not have anything at this time. If something changes (and this is slim) I will let you know

Sorry for the late reply!

You are welcome for the information. I would love the edits for his mother.

Could I give your name and e-mail address to my friend who is related to Will?

As always,

Sheri

RE: Thanks for your diligence
Hi Lynette,
My source has gotten back to me on the Taylor/Tyler discrepancy and he agrees that it should be Tyler. There was an error made somewhere, not sure where. Lillian Helen Tyler Cameron and her husband Aubrey Cameron are my sister-in-law's grandparents. Thanks for your help.

RE: Thanks for your diligence
Hi Lynette,
Sorry to take so long on those. I've been waiting for a response from someone who hasn't gotten back to me. I guess Find A Grave automatically accepted the edits you submitted because I haven't gotten back to them yet. I don't have any other info so I will assume you are right unless my contact contradicts you in some way. Then I would have to double check. I don't really expect that to happen though. :)

Lillian Cameron
Hi Lynette,
Just wanted you to know I am working on your submitted edits for Lillian Cameron. My info has Taylor, not Tyler, and I don't have the other details, so I am checking. Could you let me know where you got your info? It might help me speed up the process. Thanks so much.
