Hi Lynda.. I used to wonder about that too.. I didn't want to offend anyone by posting a better photo above their's, but when you think about it, it's rather a silly thing for someone to become offended over..

I want to believe that the contributors on here would want the best possible photos posted.. I know I've taken a few crappy ones myself.. (especially when I first started photographing)and I would be appreciative if someone were able to snap a better shot of those first few hundred stones that I photographed.. UGH! GLARE & SHADOWS GALORE!! lol..

no not a relative, Dorothy was married to my step grandfather, she passed away before I was ever born and he remarried my grandmother, they have both passed away but Dorothy and dutch has a son named gene maurer who I believe lives in California.
