Hello Dale, and thank you for the information. The reason I usually transfer only to direct descendants is because I've actually been involved in a couple of family squabbles over that! So I figured I couldn't go wrong if I only transferred parents, grandparents, great-parents or siblings. So far it has worked out all right. In the past, I got messages from name collectors who wanted all memorials of the same surname, etc. and it just got to the point where I had to make a statement on my profile page about it.
I noticed you added a photo to her husband's memorial. Please feel free to add the same photo to Shin's memorial. Does your wife have any portrait photos of her?
Out of curiosity, are you related to any of the Keims at Inglewood? I recently looked for the headstone of Florence Keim, but was told there isn't one.

I have no clue where I got the date--maybe from another Ancestry Tree. But I doubt it because I do not even have her on MY tree. I have the Swager line in my tree---but don't fine her.

Yes, It was disappointing for me as well. But it happens more often than you would think. We never do find out why. It most cases there is no evidence a stone was ever there. The cemeteries do not keep records of who has a stone and who does not. Which makes our work that much more important. I don't know when funeral homes started using temporary markers but often that is all that is ever placed on the grave. And often they have fallen apart and the names and or dates missing.

I see on my list that she is buried there and I will go out next weekend to do the picture for you though in the mean time next to her is a Charles R. Kinnamon. Then in another part of the cemetery called Green Lawn is two more Kinnamons Anna Pearl buried 4--5-75 and John A. buried 9-7-60 do you need any of these people. Let me know if I am doing one I might as well do all if you want.

I'm so sorry, Dale. I think I was using your member number to look up a burial --- not to locate you for the transfer. It's done now, though. (The edit button for requesting does make it easier, though.)

Thanks, I know I have hit a deadend on greatgrandfather. Know his death date, but nothing much else. The other side of the family greatgrandfather, same brick wall, but someone found me on ancestry, and since he came from Canada, they had info on first wife and son. NO ONE had ever mentioned them. So after looking since 2002, something opened up. You just never know. Happy hunting.

Always glad when a memorial finds family or friends. I do not know most of the memorials I build, so always willing to transfer. Yes, I had a great aunt who lived in Picher/Treece years ago. Guess there is no more Picher? Bought out and moved? It was a danger for sure. My dad and grandpa worked the mines in Oronogo. Left it very ugly, but Webb City/Carterville has done a wonderful job filling in pits and making it decent. Nice to talk to you.

That's my best image at this time. I live about 10 minutes away but the cemetery is situated in the middle of a cornfield and it would not be wise to venture there at this time. Contact me again in the Fall and you can also search for "Tombstone Inscriptions, Berks County", there may be a book available.

Concerning George. Glad to know that I may have made a good guess. I'm sorry but I am not related to Costelow's, so have no information for you. When I visit small cemeteries, I try to photograph the entire cemetery and post for missing family. In this case, I did that.
In the future, when sending notes about a specific memorial, the best way to do it is go to the tab at the top of the memorial in question, then choose option one, and type your message. You can keep a copy for yourself, and it will always go to the person that might be willing to make any updates you could request. It send's links to the memorial so there are no potential problems in you typing the memorial's reference number.

Dale, The only thing left out of the Bio are my nephew's names. They are minors, I do that just to respect their privacy. It's just how I roll.
Other than those two names, everything is the the same, and feel free to copy and paste if you'd like.

Hi, Dale! I thought I had found your 2nd great grand-aunt, but I don't think I did. I found a very old stone next to James T Nelson and finally brought up some writing on it, but can't read it real well. However, since I've been working on the pictures, I see that Rebeccah's husband is James (JJ) Nelson. (I also took his picture last year.) I need to go back to see if I can find her over by him. I'm sorry I didn't find her this time. We're in for some bad weather, so I'll get back out as soon as I can.

Is your DAD Charles Ray Keim? He's in my files - if so we're both descended from Solomon Keim. I went to see his farm in Ohio a few years ago and found his probate records. Mary Lou

I checked the memorial for Solomon S. Keim. It shows his parents were Solomon Keim and Elizabeth Hochstetler. You can look at my Keim research on my web page: http://collectornuts.com
I'm descended from Solomon Keim's son, Tobias Keim who married Anna Domer. My grandmother was Opal M. Keim. Nice to meet another Keim descendant.
