I had planned on doing a Find A Grave for my uncle after I attended the funeral and took a picture of the headstone. You did a good job, but I do want to add the headstone. You can transfer it to me if you want otherwise I'll just add the headstone. Pamela Woodbury

Thank you. I had to change up the bio a bit to get him labeled as famous by Find A Grave. They are kind of picky.

RE: Dan Hicks memorial
Hi Helen,

It would be a great honor to manage Dan Hicks memorial page. Huge fan from way back in the 70's before he got the wide public attention. With the recent deaths of Glenn Frey and David Bowie Dan's death hit hard. I would hope that one of his family some day contacts me and I can turn it over to one of them. Thank you very much. I will take care of him until a family members asks.

Warmest Regards,
Jeff

Wrong West Cemetery
Jerry Wilmoth # 157401804 has been added to our West Cemetery Cookeville Tn. I see that his parents are buried in West Cemetery Bangham Tn. We have had No new burials at West Cookeville with his name, so I think He is buried at West Cemetery Bangham Tn. Bangham is just a few miles north of Cookeville and the 2 West Cemeteries get confused.

Thank-you for all the time and effort you put into Find A Grave. It is greatly appreciated and so helpful, too so many families.

Thank-You!

RE: Ray memorial
No problem. It is a common mistake. We have two Forest Grove cemeteries in this area. One is in Taylor and one is in Emerson. But the one in Taylor is actually in Lafayette County. So we get a lot of cross listings.

RE: Hannah Young update
Actually, I am not a descendant, but my oldest brother is. His father was my mother's first husband. Hannah Bennett Young is his ancestor through his grandmother's side. But I am the genealogist in the family and I have been doing the research for him and his son. (He is not related to Youngs), he is related to Charles Brown and Hannah Bennett.

Hello Helen,

Thank you for creating Police Officer Thomas Cottrell's memorial. I am honored to sponsor it but deeply saddened by the loss of another hero in blue. Another hero gone too soon...

Take Care,
Denise

RE: John Trudell info
Thanks Helen!

The other contributors were also notified of their duplications, but you were the only one to take action and respond.

What I have found in checking for duplicate memorials, especially where the cemetery is unknown, is that the moment you enter a 'Country' in the search feature, it will appear as if no memorial has yet been created for the individual.

But when only 'John' 'Trudell' and '2015' are entered in the search feature (without country designation), 3 memorials for him currently display, less yours. ~LRM~

Giles Hilliker
Helen: in looking over the memorial you first set up so long ago on the person you call Giles William Hilliker that I just made a correction for,(no middle name) I see too much information on this site and too much incorrect information. I am suggesting you begin anew so we can work with information that has been newly researched and documented. I was going to attempt to make further corrections, but will involve adding more information to what is already there. can we work together to get this memorial cleaned and tightened up? I & another co-researcher have seen that the person(s) who first submitted the info to you? or somehow from whom you obtained it do not now appear to be active in research or are no longer sharing info. Some of us Dean-Hillikers have tried to contact both, but no responses at all. Looking forward to hearing from you.

All daughters of William and Deborah Hilliker
Hello Helen:
I am the one who received the will for William that is on this Find A Grave memorial # . I am still trying to find the names of all the daughters of William and Deborah. Someone, somehow, for some reason came up with the names and approx. dates of births, including an Elizabeth shown as a wife of my Daniel Matthew Dean, my 4th gr grandfather. Everyone is now using that information - no one has any sources. So I hope someone can find something to prove/disprove the names of the daughters of William and Deborah soon. ( I am 83 so it has to be w/in the next 17 years!)
BTW - in doing a separate database on Hilliker/Helleker now, I am finding online a lot of Hillikers being shown as children of Johann Heinrich Hilliker and Jannitje Jurckse - (with many spelling variations)- seems way too many children. nd Karl MacEachron found a William in Westchester b. 1749, died. 17 March 1839 in Westchester. (Old Dutch Burial Ground). Parents not known.

RE: Appreciative
You are very welcome. I am actually not related, but extended my tree to include some DNA matches I was working on for other people. She seemed like a nice person, and I was really annoyed at the ads that were popping up when I visited her page. Wish I could afford to sponsor everyone. Oh well. Thanks for all your hard work. I really rely on FindAGrave.

Harley J. Jones
Find A Grave#115050844 Do not believe the proper parents are attached to this memorial. The child that those parents had was Harley Lee Jones 1917-1974. Do not know where this Harley is buried but his wife, Clara is buried in Stockbridge, Michigan.

Please correct,
Thank you

RE: Trennia Tennant memorial
Hi Helen,
Thanks so much for creating this memorial. No need to transfer. Her husband is a 2nd cousin. I was hoping to make contact with this branch of the family. Our Tennant's trace back to NY in the 1700's. Not sure if any branches were in MI.
