Misenheimer grave marker found in Montgomery County in IL

I noticed that you have some family history with the last name Misenheimer and you may have already been contacted regarding this but it was in our IL State Journal Register newspaper recently that a grave marker was found in Montgomery County in IL. The name on it reads JOHN T Son of H. C. and E. Misenheimer (but there may be another letter before the E that is not recognizable) DIED July 24, 1858 Aged 9ys 7ms 12ds. If you have any information about this grave marker, you can call Jim May of Montgomery County in IL at 217-246-1121.

RE: Blanche Misenheimer
It was absolutely my pleasure. I am writing a book about the people buried in the cemetery. I would really like to include Blanche Misenheimer. If you wouldn't mind or if there is anyone else that should be included in the asking, let me know. I can send you a draft of one or two others I am including in the book, so you can see what information I use and general layout. These people were important to our community heritage and they were simply wiped out of our site by the city officials poor judgement. It's nice to know some of these people have descendants that care enough to make sure their relatives will at the very least have a small marble stone with their names on it. Thank you for doing that for our Ventura Community Heritage. My email is included here on Find A Grave. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Blanche Misenheimer
Hi Eric, I was at Cemetery Park yesterday and noted the grave marker for Blanche Misenheimer. I wasn't sure if one had been added here on Find A Grave. Since there wasn't one I added it. I hope you don't mind. My best to you, Cheryl Tovar

Thank you Eric for your comments. I have found this website to be a fascinating hobby that is very worthwhile. Hope to hear more from you as you add more memorials. Joe
