Hi Dan. Unfortunately, I do not know anything about this family, other than what you have told me. You might try searching for an obituary to see if living relatives were mentioned. The cemetery will not give out names of relatives for burials within the last 50 years, due to privacy issues. But, it is worth a try. Go on Inglewood Cemetery's website and click on "Genealogy". You will be taken to a screen that lists what they can and can't do for you, but near the bottom is a "Contact" choice. I suggest you put a request in that way and include your phone number. Tell them exactly what you've told me, that you are simply looking for photos that may exist of your great grandfather.

If you do not have access to "pay" genealogy sites like Ancestry, I suggest you find your nearest LDS (Mormon) Family History Library, as they have access to most of those sites and the workers are very helpful.

Good luck,
Bonnie

I would like to fulfill your photo request. Please contact the office at 901-767-8930 to get the plot location and send to me or post on the website. This cemetery has almost 30,000 graves listed in it. Thanks, Kathy

Pauline Aalberg
Hello. I am about to fulfill your photo request and as you will see, the headstone says "Gardner" and she is buried with Warren Gardner. The cemetery record has her listed as Pauline Aalberg. I don't know what the reason is for the difference in the surname. They are buried next to Dan Aalberg. The location on Dan's memorial is wrong. It should be El Sereno, lot 139, grave B. There is no El Sereno Mausoleum in Inglewood.

Best Regards,
Bonnie
