David Price Roye
We are Lamberts, too,
and have many of my husband's family buried at Garland cemetery. His uncle, David Roye, is one of them. I notice also that David has another military grave marker. In which place is he actually buried? does it happen often that one person has two grave markers? i have never encountered that before.

RE: Dr. W.S. Noblitt
You are so very welcome!

Dr. Noblitt's obituary was published by "The Independent" (Vol. XIX, No. 2940, Page 3) in Honolulu on Thursday, October 20, 1904. I found the image at . If this link doesn't work for you go to ; under "Search:" select "Newspapers published in English in Hawaii, 1862-1923"; enter the headline "Dr. W. S. Noblitt Dies Unexpectedly" in the search field; click "Go"; and you will find it in the first of 9 results on the top center of page 3.

Dr. Noblitt was in the news quite often, so just a simple search for Noblitt will get lots of results.

I'd be happy to send everything I have on him, but I'll need your email. Mine is Moma Chia @ yahoo . com ...without the spaces.

A Very Merry Christmas to You & Yours, too!

I noticed that there are duplicate memorials for two people who are my Keeth relatives in the Shady Point Cemetery in LeFlore Co., Ok.

On March 13, 2010 I added a memorial for William Ryle Keeth #49642960 and you also added him on July 12, 2012 #93489616 and on March 13, 2010 I added a memorial for Mary Ellen "Ellie" Thomas Keeth #49647976 and you added her on July 12, 2012 #93489571. Would you be so kind as to delete those two memorials so that I can keep mine. Also, I would really appreciate it if you could put the picture of the tombstone on both William and Mary Ellen Keeth's memorials that I created. I do not have a picture of the tombstone on my two memorials. Thank you so much for doing this.

RE: Phillip Chaney
I also posted photos for Jack H Chaney (1925-2001), Waunita (1928-2001), & William (1912-1990). I didn't find a memorial page for Patricia J Chaney (1933-1988) to post her photos. Do you want to make a memorial page for her or do you want me to? Have a great day! Judy

Did you know my Grandmaw Ruth Heckler was related to these families right there in French Lick, Prospect, and West Baden? And Noblitts? Their world is getting smaller and intertwined it looks like.

Thank you SO much for the photograph of my great-great grandmother's grave, M.K. Bolt (her name was Martha Katurah Knight Bolt, married to Wiley Bolt). She lived in Laurens County, SC, most of her life, but after she was widowed by Wiley, after 1875, she ended up in Oklahoma where she passed away ... that's part of the story I need to unravel. Thanks again SO MUCH!
