Lam family at McKee Cemetery
Hi Jim,

Thanks for moving your photo of Cyrus's marker. McKee Cemetery AKA Big Spring is not an annex but a different cemetery. They are next to each other making it confusing. My McKees owned this land and are buried there also.

When I was at the cemetery it was overgrown with weeds and I was worried about the snakes. Do you know if there are other existing Lam markers there? I'll request pix if there are.

Many thanks,

Hi Jim:
Thanks for taking such a wonderful closeup photo of the headstone for John Thomas Lackey and his wife Mary Margaret Lackey.
With this, I was able to correct the dates I had for them.

Thanks Jim for the great pix!

I removed the no marker data from a previous volunteer. So glad you wrote to let me know about it. It takes a village.

Bayard H. Taylor # 5053395
Jim, reading Bayard bio, I believe there is a mistake. It mentions WWII, but he died in 1936. Should it not say WWI? Also, the bio ends in mid sentence. Thanks for your help resolving this issue. Pam

Hi Jim,
Thank you so much. I am sure I was posting late at night and couldn't read the stone or posted the wrong one. I really appreciate it when volunteers help me stay right. Stuff happens and so the site just gets better when we all have each other's backs. Thanks again. Hope all is well with you and yours.
