RE: Betsey Peterson
Okay, Karen, maybe I goofed. I had it firmly lodged in my head that Betsey Peterson was in Greenwood Cemetery in Wilson. So, starting with that error, I just transferred four folks to you from Greenwood - Julius W Hoyt, Elnora Hoyt, Edna (Hoyt) Swick, and Herbert Hoyt Swick. If they are not your relatives, and you're not interested in managing their memorials, you can send them back to me. If they are your relatives, I hope you're interested in managing them. ;-)

I also transferred Betsey, and her husband, Nathan, to you. If I have any more of your relatives in North Ridge, please let me know, and I'll gladly transfer them.

I'm not in this to manage a huge number of memorials - just to re-unite families as much as I can.

The information I have posted on the Greenwood memorials is from cemetery records. If these are your relatives, and any of the information I've posted is wrong, I would appreciate your letting me know. I'm working on creating a database of burials in Greenwood, and I need to know if there are errors in the records. Thanks!

Take care.

Betsey Peterson
Hi, Karen,

Thank you for your edits for Betsey. I am about to approve them, but didn't want to lose the link to you in the maze that is my approved edits list. Wish f-a-g would allow you to sort them in some way to make it easier to find the folks who sent the edits.

Anyway, I was wondering if you would like to manage her memorial. I am not related, and would be very happy to see her go home to family. If you would prefer not to, I will, of course, make any corrections or additions for you. In either case, thank you for your work on f-a-g and for taking the time to help link folks so they can be back with their families.

Take care.

Kathy

RE: Anny Hoyt
Hi,

I have tried a couple of different programs to make the picture clearer with no success. I would have to go back to the cemetery to take another look at the head stone. Will do that next time I am in Medina.

Take care,
Connie

RE: William Lee Hoyt
No, I'm afraid I don't know of a relation. I made the memorial from a cemetery index and added some biographical information found in public records in response to a previous inquiry. If you should want anything looked up in local records about William, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Dave Davisson.

Hello
Good to hear from you. I have all the info on the Sawyers, just haven't found exactly how I want to write their bios. There is so much to condense down. Hope you are keeping busy, I sure am.

Thanks

I am on Geni. I have some info on Ancestry but not very much. Where did you post the picture of Laura?

Laura May Northrop died from Septicemia at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. She died when my father-in-law was just 6 months old. I also have been in touch with Jim O'Brien. Do you know when his book is coming out? How are you related to Laura?

I have deleted the Gandolfo family from my records. This way you can customize their records. I hope you find all of your cousins and relatives.

RE: William Lee Hoyt
Sorry, I'm not closely related to William Lee Hoyt (my Hoyt conenctions are two centuries earlier before they came to Ohio). If there's anything I can help with on this family, though, let me know, since I live in Columbus.

Judy Williams
Anna Hoyt @ Mount Hope
Anna died of Smallpox at the age of 6. She is buried beside Henry Haywood in the Haywood family plot. Maybe a neighbor donated the space to her family? She is the only Hoyt there. When the snow clears I will photograph the plot.

Charles A. Hoyt
I have transferred Charles A. Hoyt to you since he is your great grandfather. However, these are also my line of family from the Depue, Sawyer side, and I do not wish to transfer them out of guidelines. I am still researching. If you have information, or links for any of them you want added, please send it, If you have pictures please do add them. Always glad to find a distant relation.

I've transferred her to you. Sorry, I can't answer your questions. Maybe if you contact the Polk County Historical Society? Their website is www.polkcountymuseum.com.

RE: Sarah Morgan Titus
Hi Karen,
Glad I could help. I am not related to Sarah, I just documented the cemetery she is buried in. I always try to find out maiden names and family connections of the people I enter. We have a couple of people in our lines that came on the Mayflower also. Would you like me to transfer her to you?
Happy New Year!

RE: Sarah Morgan Titus
Hi Karen,
I got the information on Sarah from family search. It came up under Wisconsin Deaths and Burials, 1835-1968. I'm assuming the information is accurate, but if it's not let me know and I'll change it.
Thanks,
Wendy

RE: Conrad Renninger
Hello Karen, I'm sorry I'm so slow at responding. I think you said you have information about other Renningers I have memorials for. If you would be so kind so send it to me, I'll add it to the memorials. I'm not sure I understand your question, but our posts should stay here until we delete them, so you should be able to see them any time. You can also email me at whouck77@verizon.net if you'd like to.

Thanks very much.

RE: William Lytle
Interesting, not sure if it is the same line, we do have a John Lytle born abt 1813 died 1896. His parents are William Lytle and Lydia Thompson. If this John is the father of your William, John would be my husband's 2nd great grand uncle. His father "William" is my husband's direct line.
Let me know if they match.

Karen, Thank you so much for taking the photo of the gravesites for me. I am sorry that you didn't get credit, but I do appreciate it.

I haven't done any research yet on the Simpsons but will keep your offer in mind.

Thank you again

RE: Conrad Renninger
Hi Karen,

Thanks so very much for this information. Where did you find it? I'm just curious.

I'm not related to Conrad Renninger, but I am related to some of the people buried at the Poplar Church Cemetery. I put all the burials in this cemetery on Find A Grave because they are so old. Some of the stones are already missing and some are barely readable. I wanted to document what is left before it's lost forever. Thanks again, I will add this information to Conrad's memorial.
