|Jeanne Linn||Jarvis Family|
Hi Lori, I have been doing research on one line of the Jarvises for a few years now. They are relatives of my husband. I am wondering how many are linked. When I see the name "Otto," or "Gilbert" it makes me wonder. As it is I can't find all of the children of Gilbert and Permelia let alone anyone further than that. I will email you again from home, as I am at work right now and so am sending this public message. Jeanne

Lori, glad I could help. When I go to Emmett, I take my camera and walk thru the cemetery taking pictures - trying to get more people listed on f.a.g. I have a lot of family over there too. Jani

Find a Grave has been valuable to me in doing research on my family and my husband's so I know how important and exciting it is to find that someone else has made that information available by their own time and effort. I wanted to give back a small portion of what others have given to me. Thanks for sharing the memories, to me that's a big part of what this is all about.

|patricia daugherty||cook family|
Thank you for returning my e mail. It was good of you to send some of your family research. I've done a lot on my own but there are so many cooks coming down from James Benjamin Cook and Mary Ann Tucker.
There's a Utah website you might look into, there are a lot of Cooks and people who married into the Cook line. Website is Utah Vital records index.
I believe Betty (King) Cook was cremated. Her husband Kenny scattered her ashes, I don't know where. This information came from Shirley Cook in Oregon. Her husband is Kenny Cook.
Is there anything I can help you with?
An interesting bit of information on James Benjamin Cook. He was in the military twice. He was in a Calvary unit called a Dragoon unit. That was before it changed to Calvary.
Do you have a book called It All Began With Mary Ann?
Norma Hadlock wrote it. It's all about the Cooks and spouses and what not. Very informative
That's it for now.
