I was wondering if when you are out at Greenock Cemetery if you would be willing to look for my family that was cremated and are at this cemetery. I live in the United States and My Aunt Jamesina (Janette) Clark Richards was sent their to be buried with her parents ashes Joseph Blair Clark 11-8-1918 to 2-27-2005 his cremation took place at Greenock Cemetery on March 4, 2005. Jamesina born 10-22-1949 died March 14, 2005 in Florida, US she was cremated and 1/2 of her ashes were sent to There. Her mother is Margaret Boyle Clark 2-3-1925 D 2-2-1996. I would love to have a picture of their final resting place if this is at all possible. Jamesina other ashes are with me. Her niece through marriage. She was like a mother to me and I miss her dearly. Is this possible for you to do for me. My blood Uncle and Aunt Jamesina was seperated at the time and their is alot of issues with that. Can you please help me. She came to US when I was 8 years old and was like my mother. Thank you, Karen

|Vickie Potter-Boechler||Kenneth McIvor|
I noticed you have done a virtual cemetery for the McIvors-you must be related. I am as well. Kenneth was my uncle -he was married to my dads sister Dorothy Potter McIvor. Aunt Dot 's ashes remain in the possession of her daughter. Kenneth's stone at Lakeview Cemetery is very close to Mary Ann and Willie Madison, Dorothy's aunt and uncle-also my great aunt and uncle Madison. my grandfather. William N Potter Dorothy's father was an original homesteader at Stettler (near Botha).
I am close to Cyndie McIvor Kenneths grand daughter.
I am V Boechler-Vickie Potter-Boechler.

Thank you for your kind note :D. It's been a long, cold, snowy winter out here in central Alberta, and I ran out of photos to upload. Ordered a few transcripts to keep busy, and still have a ways to go to finish up. So glad it has helped you and your family out--I found a few relatives myself, that I didn't know had come out to Alberta to homestead. We finally have milder weather this week--I'm sure going to be glad when spring arrives.
Sending warmest regards your way,

I see you've recently updated a photo of Greenock Cemetery...are you local to there? I've had some requests for that cemetery as yet unclaimed. If you're local could you lend a hand? Thanks. Stacey

Hello C. Clark
Thank you so much for your time and kind efforts in getting me these pictures of my Great Uncle's memorial marker. It means a lot to me and my brothers. We buried my Dad last year in the Veterans' Cemetery here in Victoria. He was named after this Uncle. I know he would be pleased that we have this tiny but heartfelt connection now with his Uncle. I will say a prayer for both of them now.
Thank you again.
