|Kitty Lambert-Rudd||Re; Edmond R Kabalan, Memorial# 132508590|
I don't know if you are interested in posting obituaries to the memorials that you have but I search out and transcribe ones I find then send them off to the creator when there is an established memorial... if you prefer I not send them to you just let me know and I will stop. If you wish to copy my transcription (below) and post you may do so. I know the value of an obit... small bits of info can open a door.
Happy Stone Hunting!

|Ellen Herrmann||"Joan" Jones|
The second Joan Jones in Sweeney Cemetery was born the year Joanna died, so they lived at two entirely different times.
I understand that Mr. Toy is now the late Mr. Toy, so I can't try to contact him to find out if the memorial for his "Joan" is in any way related to Joanna Gillie Jones. I do not have her in my tree, at least not yet.
I was hoping a photo of the younger Joan Jones grave marker would lend a clue in trying to figure out who she is and if she is a relative.
I am going to reissue the photo request, just in case someone can find the grave.
Thanks for trying to help.

Thank you for all the wonderful photos for the Jones and Campbell families.
That's the right gravesite. Johanna Gillie used a nickname of Joan, she was the daughter of John Black,Sr. and Ann Jenn Mullay Gillie. She married George Washington Jones on 12/18/1860 in Buffalo and had 7 children that I know of. Still working on the resting places for more of their children.
I really appreciate all your help.

OK, TY. What I meant was when I asked "Do you know whose those are?" is if they might have been members of the Hodge/Beaver family or the Wittkowsky family that I might have missed (whose names and dates were on the markers).

Thank you very much for the photo of Alice Jones! I see you took all the ones in the grouping as well, I really appreciate it.

Do you know whose they are? I saw that the small one next to Richard's was Audra Hodge Beaver when I clicked on his and made it bigger.

St. Matthew Lutheran in North Tonawanda. As you face Richard's marker, there's a small flat one to its right.

Sorry it took so long, but I would like to thank you for the photo of Richard's marker. One question tho: to its right as shown, is that someone buried next to him? If so, do you know who it is?

I see that you have a picture of G. E Doolittle's grave and I was wondering if you could see if his wife Evelyn is buried next to him... Evelyn (Apolonia Geyer)was my G G Aunt. I am trying to find out exactly when she died and I'm hoping that she is buried near her husband. Also her sister, Margaret Bucholtz is supposed to be buried in that same cemetery. I spoke to the caretaker but his listing is only by who bought the graves and he didn't have any listing for either of them. Margaret's obituary lists her burial as Shawnee Cemetery in 1925. Thank you in advance for anything that you can do... I really appreciate this.

|bernice ||PROSPER PEUQUET|
I found the Find a Grave memorial#95063491 with
added notes by you. Thank you! I now know
where some relatives are buried. I believe that
Prosper Peuquet is my maternal great grandfather.
It shows there are three graves in Saint Francis
cemetery in Tonawanda,NY. I have been looking
for my mother's family. My grandmother's name
was Rose. She is listed on the 1880 census as
two years old. She married August Stegner in
1897. She died in 1905. I can't find where she
is buried. I wrote details on Linda Correia's
site. Do you have any suggestions where to find
this information? Can you tell me if any one else
is looking for any of his relatives?
Thank you again.

Thank you so much for finding this headstone. I am happy to be able to include it in my genealogy of my grandmother's family. Julia was her grandmother and I have been unable to find much information about her. An added benefit of your photos is that it includes an image of Helen Hollister's headstone in a group with Julia's and her husband William's, another family member whom I have been researching! Thank you again for your work with "Find a Grave".

|C Roetzer||Photo Req Fulfilled|
Donna, you may ignore my separate email to your yahoo addy. Thanks for fulfilling my uncle's marker in his mausoleum at Mt. Olivet in Kenmore NY (Robert J Roetzer). I don't know how often you are there, I have 2 other open req's: 1) my dad's cousin Dolores Minichino (memorial # 130584170) & 2) my maternal grandparents Dave and Louise Murray (Memorials # 118407037 & 118406986). Any chance you can capture theirs? I did request about a month or more ago for their flat markers to be raised and to let me now once that was completed in order I could ask my sister to go over there who lives in the Buffalo area. I live out of state though.
