RE: Reginald Lee Parker
Hi James,

I just transferred the Reginald Parker memorial to you. The Parkers are distant relatives of mine on my grandfather's side of the family. Glad to transfer to someone who actually knew him!

Rocky Point Cemetery
We have records showing W.W. Burrough to be Sarah M. Burrough's father. She and G. W. Gober had 6 children, one being my grandfather. I have no explanation why she and her father have a double stone.

Wow! He lived a nice long life..I'd have not created the memorial if I had realized he was still living. Please let me know if you would like to manage the memorial, I am not a stickler on OGG transfers :)

Transfer of Billy Turner #99973717
Thank You James for transferring the memorial for Billy Turner to my care. This DNA testing provided by DNA.Ancestry has united so many biological siblings. I have met my 3 living siblings who reside in Mississippi. It really is a small world where we are all connected, all the way back. Thank you also for your public service. God bless you and yours; and God bless America.

RE: Mary Ann Cook 1849-1926
Thanks. I had found him but there aren't any Savely's there. I assume his father was Lemuel Thompson Cook (1820-1844) buried at Halsell Cemetery, Old Houlka, Chickasaw County, Ms. Or I've noticed they were quite fond of naming their children after uncles and aunts, etc. Thanks for trying.

RE: Mary Ann Cook 1849-1926
Thanks James. As best I can tell there are at least three Lemuel Thompson Cooks. Mary Ann Cook, my gg grandmother was his daughter. She married a Savely. This Lemuel T Cook is the only one that I believe to be a direct descendant of mine (b abt 1820). You and I are probably distant cousins. I really appreciate any info you can give me.

Mary Ann Cook 1849-1926
Mary Ann Cook, wife of Richard Ellison Savely (1841-1901) and daugher of Lemuel Thompson Cook (1820-1870) is my granddaddy, Tom A Duke's (1893-1973) grandmother. I have the information that Mary Ann died in 1926 in Arlington, Tarrant, Texas but haven't been able to locate her grave. Both her husband, and son, Joseph F Savely are buried in Hillsboro City Cemetery, Hill County, Texas. Do you possibly know where she might be buried? She outlived Richard Ellison by 25 years so there is a possiblity she may have remarried and is buried with her last husband. Thanks and thanks for all you do.

My pleasure! I always enjoy seeing memorials being maintained by family members, they have less restrictions than non-family members and it means much more to them than it could ever mean to me :)

The number provided is a male's memorial, and he doesn't have a wife. So, I am confused as to who the Aunt is... can you give me the Aunt's name and verify her Find A Grave number please :) Thank you

Hi James. I appreciate the information. The initials for the sons are engraved above the arched area with the lamb. I don't know why they wouldn't be in the books you have. Take care and be blessed! =0)

Thanks. That is one I added back in the days when "Mrs" was not allowed as a prefix on Find-a-Grave.

RE: Ida &David hughes
No, I am not related to Ida and David. The reason my name is on their memorials is because I put the entire survey of the Pittsboro Cemetery on Findagrave. If you want, I can transfer any of these memorials to you.
