Andrew Burke photo request
I see the photo request is still open because there is a need for the burial location to fill the request. If you can't call, you can try contacting them via their website and submitting a request to be emailed to you via this link on their website:
make sure the tab is on OTHER for the type of inquiry you are sending.
Let me know the location and I will go out there next week and fill it for you or if you can edit the memorial to show the plot location, that would be fine as well.

Burke photo requests
I am happy to fill your request at Sparkman Hillcrest, but I will need a burial location in order to do so. They don't give findagrave volunteers burial locations but you could get one if you called on the phone at: 214 363 5401.
Let me know the location and I will go out there next week and fill it for you.

RE: Robert Bain
a man named ken zaremba had put the grave pic of robert bain...1869 on a younger robert bain. i sent him a message since he put the pic on and said i`d put it on the correct robert 1869 but i couldn`t take it off the incorrect robert since he put the photo on. i just noticed it when i was looking up some of the bains when i came across it. he wrote me back to say he was sorry that him and his wife thought it might be the wrong one but decided to put it on anyway. i can`t remember which robert the other one was. i just know he was younger and didn`t go with the gravestone.

RE: Genora Christine Townes
Hi! You can not see the monument because there isn't one. If you click on the photo itself, I have left a message : "Unfortunately, there is not a marker for Ms. Townes. I have marked her spot with pink flowers though."
I didn't want to leave you with nothing, so I took a photo of where Ms. Townes is buried and marked it with flowers. If you want me to delete the photo, I will.

Error on location for Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery
Your request for a photo for this grave is being distributed to people in Tarrant Co. You would prob have a better response if the cemetery was listed as located in the correct county. The cemetery is in Dallas, Texas which means it is in *Dallas* County *not* Tarrant. Tarrant Co, Texas is the Fort Worth, Arlington, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, etc area. Ok? I will keep an eye on your posting. If correcting the county and resending the request to have it routed correctly does not get you a pix I will make the 3 hr round trip over there to get it for you next month. Elaine

Margaret M Bain
You are correct, Margaret was the daughter of James Simpson Bain and Sinah Harper. I even have it in my files that way. Don't know how or why I had it incorrect but it's been fixed. Thanks for bringing it to my attention

I posted the picture of Joseph and Lucy Cushing. They share a headstone. I sent a request to Maple Hill to correct their names in the database. If you'd like a copy of the uncompressed photo, let me know and I'll email it to you.

Lucy & Joseph Cushing
I've been trying to find them to fulfill your photo request, but they are not listed in either the Cemetary Records database (the transcribed office records) or the Burial Markers database (records of markers found by volunteers walking the cemetary.) I did some sleuthing and I think I found them! In the cemetary records database there is a Lucy Crusting who died 12/18/1923, burial location unknown and a J. Crushing who died 2/13/1924 buried in Block A. The records are a MESS, so it's not surprising to see Crusting and Crushing for Cushing. In the burial markers database, there is a Joseph S. Crushing 4/29/1840 - 02/13/1924 and a Laeh A. Henley Crushing 2/28/1841 - 12/08/1923. Both are buried in Block A, Row 6. It could be typos, or maybe the markers are worn and hard to read. Both are VERY common. I'll head out there in the next few days and see if I can get those photos for you!

Stephen & Winnie Pratz - mausoleum photos
Hello. I realize someone else already fulfilled you photo request, but I was in the Moore Memorial Gardens cemetery taking photos today and snapped a few of the mausoleum where Stephen & Winnie Pratz bodies are entombed. I uploaded one each into your memory pages for Winnie & Stephen. If you'd like me to remove the photos, I don't mind so please ask.
