Thank you for letting me know that Kent had created a memorial for her. It's frustrating when people place them in the wrong cemetery, doubly so in this case because Kent can no longer be contacted to make corrections on his pages. I did link Fred to her, and addressed the wrong cemetery problem in the photo of her marker. People get confused when they see the same photos posted for different cemeteries.

You posted a message to me that said: Neal Pagett
In reading obit of Bernard Devine, I see that he was proceeded in death by a grandson, Neal. I have no more info, but perhaps you have something on your end to match these two up.
I can not locate the entry you are referring to. Could you please send me a link or tell me what cemetery, county and state he is buried in?
Thanks for taking the time to contact me. Best regards,

|Von Mings Stachon||RE: donald lenth|
My friend and I walked the cemetery in 2003 and recorded data from all stones (roughly 5,000 of them). There was a stone for Donald there with a birth date of 1920 and no death date. The cemetery recording was donated to Iowa Gen Web.
My entry precedes yours, however, I am unrelated and do not like to see duplicate entries in Find-A-Grave. I will remove my entry.

Ray is another of Ferd's sons. Margie died in 1930, and they had 7 kids. Ferd later married my grandaunt Esther and they had 3 together.

It's really a funny feeling to see your name in an obit. I may try to contact her husband through the funeral home to see if he has geneology information about his family.
My greatgrandparents are buried at Buffalo Cemetary just off Blairsferry Rd and just west of Edgewood road intersection. If you go to www.iowagravetones.org there is wonderful picture of the headstone. Each of them had been married before and their spouses died. Each of them had children before they marred, and then had children together. At one time there were 11 even children in this blended family. I have not researched documents for them yet. Do you have any suggestions where to go?
They farmed property west of Cedar Rapids close to the Seminol Valley Park. My Father (Leo Jerome Stanek son of Joseph F and Edith Conrad) attended a one room school house in the area.
Joe & Edit eventually moved to Ellis Road NW, Cedar Rapids. And they had a concession stand at what was once called Conrad Beach on the Cedar River. My grandmother rented bathing suits and snack and soda.
I hope you find this history interesting
