|Stacey Shaw||Samuel Clifford - Arlington Cemetery|
I'm sorry, I was there twice but couldn't find him. It's a small section, long and narrow, so it didn't take long to talk thru it. There seemed to be a lot of open space....Was wondering if you confirmed he had a headstone? Again, sorry. Regards, Stacey

|Laurie LaPage||Henry Thomas/Riverside in Westville, NY|
Hi, I was just out to this cemetery to photograph another request and I did a quick check of the cemetery for this Henry, your request. I thought as I did it, that the Thomas name is not one for this Westville area, but a possibility. When I got home, I checked the northern new york cemetery transcriptions site and did not find a Henry Thomas for the Riverside Cemetery. Seeing that he died in Chasm Falls, I checked that site out as well as a few others above Malone, NY. There is another Henry Thomas but it says "infant 1893" so I didn't think that was yours either. Do you have the parents names? Perhaps I could locate them and Henry that way? Let me know if there's anything else I can do, take care, Laurie

|leslie||RE: King family at Hillside|
I've uploaded the photos I have. Did not see one for Richard either. They are buried in Section G, Lot 172. If you want to try the cemetery at 612-781-3391 and see if Anna and Richard (Helen's husband) should have a marker, and they show that they do, let me know and I'll run over and take another look.

|leslie||King family at Hillside|
I went to fulfill your photo request for Anna King at Hillside Cemetery. I did find the lot and monument (Section G, Lot 172), but no individual marker for Anna. I also found markers for Richard, 1834-1903, William 1872-1959 and Helen R, 1885-1962. There is also a double marker which I believe belongs to the lot, the dates are May 11, 1873-March 29, 1893 and Feb 6, 1878-Oct 17, 1880. Checking on Family Search I did not find any matches, so I suppose there is a chance they belong to the lot next to it. Let me know when you create pages for the ones I did find and I will upload photos. I uploaded a photo of the monument to Anna's page.

You are welcome, glad you like them. I also took photos of the rest of the family as long as I was there, so if you are related to them, you can check them out as well. Have a great weekend.

|Laurie LaPage||Sarah Morse in Burke Center Cemetery|
I finally got out to the Burke Center Cemetery and found your Sarah Morse. The stone is in remarkable shape for it's age, as you can see in the photo. Sorry the ground is so dry looking...we're in dire need of rain here in the north country. Take care, Laurie

I didn't find much more information at the court house on Sarah. It did say she was born in Ohio. It told me that she died at 3:40 p.m. at the age of 70 on June 13, 1893 and was buried on June 14, 1893. It also said that she was a widow at the time of death. I wish I could have given you more information on her parents but it didn't say anything about them.

I checked the court house files and didn't get much more from them. What I did find is that she was born in Ohio. It also had that she died at 70 years of age on June 13, 1893 and was buried on June 14, 1893. It didn't give any names for parents. Wish I could have found more for you.

I looked in my records for Linwood Park Cemetery and I show Sarah Curtis burial date is on June 13,1893. My records I got from the cemetery says that they don't have a burial site that is marked for her. The only other records would be at the court house and I would be happy to check that for you.

|Jeanne Palleiko||Charles T Folsom|
I was about to go look for your request when I noticed that your Charles Folsom is a duplicate of Find A Grave ID 57207618. There is already a picture and quite a bit more information there. You might want to delete your listing since the other was first.

|Laurie LaPage||sarah morse|
Hi, I heard from a fellow photo volunteer and she found (using Northern New York Cemetery site) in the Burke Center Cemetery. If you move Sarah from Howard (which is a possible old name for Burke Cemetery...read the notes in the transcription material) on Find A Grave to Burke Center Cemetery, then one of us volunteers here in the north country can fulfill this request. Thanks, Laurie

|Laurie LaPage||sarah morse/howard cemetery|
Hi, I went to what I thought was the Howard cemetery and took photos of as many graves as I could. The inscriptions are almost impossible to make out on many of the stones and many are broken and/or turned over. Then when I came home and looked up the northern new york cemeteries website to see what they had transcribed, this cemetery is called Barnum or Hawk's Hollow cemetery and there is no Morse buried there. Are you sure you have the right cemetery? I will check out more on the website and see if I can find our anything more. I'll let you know if I find anything. Laurie

I should be able to do this...I know the cemetery. It's located in the backyard of my sister-in-law's parents home! It is very old...I hope the stones are legible. I'll try to do it this week. LLaPage

You're welcome :) Phographing the marker was a bit of a challenge due to it's location (under trees)and the angle of the sun (behind the marker and trees this time of year.) I wasn't overly proud of the picture as posted and thought I might try to get some better ones later this year when the lighting might be better. I have 8 photos from various angles and positions, and will send them all. Just didn't want you to be surprised by an email with a suspiciously large attachment.
Also wanted to let you know that Sarah Hadley, John L (their son), and the Carrie L noted on the side of this marker do not yet have their own memorials listed in Lakeview Cemetery. I suspected you might be related to this family, and would want to create them yourself. If not, let me know and I can create them.

Hi I added your 3 requests for Schulz pictures about a year ago. According to the memorial the spelling should be Schultz. Please note the pictures of the memorial. Please let me know if you want them transfered to you

|Sabina||Joel Wells Thomas|
Hello --- I took this photo last summer. I volunteer for the Vermont In The Civil War web site and your ancestor served in 26th NY BTLN and was listed at Lakeview Cemetery. It took checking with the office as there is not a family/last name stone and as you can see, his foot stone says 'Father' and stones beside his are 'Mother" and "Pellie" (I think --- _ellie).
Joel is listed in two old Burlington City Directories that I have; 1873/4 he works at Linsley & Co (wood finishing mill on the waterfront) and lives at 52 North St; 1879/1881 he works for the City with home address. Cheers, Kathy Sabina
