RE: Sgt Frederick Osborne at Hanover
Hi Steve,

since you've done the research on this, I think it would be more appropriate if you ask Gary and Carina of the IWPP for the transfers (see their guidelines). All I've done is take the photographs, so I have no research interest.

Take care, Bob

Sgt Frederick Osborne at Hanover
Hi Steve,

I made the suggestions you requested with some minor edits. Next time I go to the cemetery, I'll take a photo of all their graves together and post it to each memorial, if you like, maybe replace the row photo with it. But the memorial managers would probably have to re-sort the photos. Just a thought.

Take care, Bob

RAF Sgt TF Johnston

This is regarding a message that you left for someone in August 2013 regarding military burials in Hanover Cemetery in Germany. I am wondering if you might have any information on Flight Sgt. Thomas F. Johnston, RAF Navigator 109 Squadron, born 1920 died 20 Feb 1944. He was a cousin of mine, and I am interested in the circumstances of his death. Also trying to learn of any other family connections in UK (I live in the US). Would greatly appreciate any information you might have.

Burngreave Memorials

You guys took a few photos today for me at Burngreave. I have added a few memorials as a result of information from the pics. If you want to upload your photo and get credit for it, the memorials are: 125764496, 125764052, and 125764323.

I did upload the photos myself, and added in the caption that you took them. However, if you wish to upload them under your name please do so, and I will then remove the one I uploaded.

Thanks again for the photos you were able to get. Hopefully you will be able to find a few more in the future.

We had limited time, so just did one area. Had I realized ahead of time that you were mainly interested in the military graves, I could have picked up a few more in the same area. We'll go back again some day and try to get a few more. Glad to help!

thank you for the help
Thank you for the effort and the information on The Maccaulay's in both Cemeteries. I have marked your comments into the family file and am quite pleased.

If in the future you could just shoot the spot where the grave might be and post the photo. It will mark the photo as taken in Find a grave and quell the robots from asking again.

Thank you again, very much appreciated
