Dulaney Burial in Plum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery
Appreciate your noting the name correction needed on the Dulaney family member memorial at Plum Springs ! Your headstone photo was also significantly more legible than mine. As you are interested in the Dulaney family, I fulfilled your headstone request for one at Blue Eye Baptist Church several months ago, the memorial on this member will be transferred to your care.

RE: Baker Dulaney
It is sad to see the state of some old grave stones, but unfortunately not uncommon even in well-tended cemeteries such as the one where these Dulaney family members rest. Natural faults in the stone and fault lines created by the stone mason's work do not always suffer time well.

The lines has not changed , but Eastaboga is partly in Talladega Co. The cemetery your listings are in is a duplicate and it is listed as being in Talladega Co.

Dulaney Memorials
Pam , I noticed that You have added a few memorials to The Plum Springs Cemetery in Calhoun Co. , but the Cemetery is in Talladega Co and there is 2 cemeteries in Talladega Co.
The Cemetery at the Church is and always has been # 1 . Those are the older graves and down the street is the 2nd cemetery it was created later after the Church Cemetery became fuller, It is # 2

Could You please transfer Your memorials to the correct cemetery so that We can get the 3rd cemetery deleted,

If it is merged it will be hard to know for sure where to find the memorials as it could only be merged with one of them

Thanks

I have been to the cemetery (Marshall) it is at the edge of a wood line. The poeple whose land it is on are nice and will let persons go back there to do research & photography. Do not know where you live, but in Alabama, cemeteries on private property have to allow access to it, it is the law.

Thanks so much for adding photos. I always feel better when I actually see the grave stone to confirm person is there and the dates.
