|DDM||RE: Mapleview Cemetery Photos|
You are very welcome.
I noticed a few of your requests went all the way back to 2012.
Thanks makes me even more happy to help out.
This was a special trip for me as it took me through Oakes, ND.
Oakes is my parents home town.
So, of course, it's always good to get back even if I am just driving through.
Thanks for the requests.
I'm happy I could help.

|Carol ||Peirce cemetery|
How embarrassing! I just discovered I duplicated a bunch of your work. Using a cemetery survey I found online that was made in the 1930's I recorded the "Pierce Family Cemetery". http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=2524370&GRid=122105591&CRid=2524370& I thought I had searched adequately to make sure I wasn't creating duplicates but apparently I wasn't thorough enough. I just discovered the surveyers had spelled the name incorrectly and that you had already entered the Peirce cemetery and have photographed it all as well!
As the survey I worked from was from awhile ago it seems to have a little bit of information that some of your records do not include. It also had an alternate name and the location of the cemetery which you may or may not wish to include.
Anyway, let me know when you have finished pulling any information you may wish to glean from the records I created. I will then delete my records to avoid confusion for those doing research.

Do you have any idea where Walter McGee 1801-1899 is buried? I know every things says he died in Richmond but I can't figure out where he or his wife Sara were laid to rest.

Hi cousin, My name is Vickie and I am also related to the Gallimore family. My grandmother was Lillian Geneva Gallimore Hutton who was the daughter of Ernest W. Gallimore. Thanks so much for sharing the pictures. I had not seen the one of Wilson Riley Gallimore as a young man and also the one of Mary Frances Primm Gallimore's burial. My mom will be thrilled to see them. If you would like to keep in touch I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org

|At The Beginning||RE: John V. Prim|
That's what I figured. I will try to find the grave in Wallsend. I will be honest though, it is almost abandoned and is entirely on the top of a mountain. It is close to 200 years old, and is overgrown badly, but is cleaned up from time to time. It might take me a while to find it, as anyone rarely goes up there. I will do my best.

|At The Beginning||John V. Prim|
I have a question for you regarding the John V. Prim in Wallsend Cemetery.
In the library records, there are two John V. Prims:
1) John V. Prim 05/10/1868 - 1960
2) John V. Prim 05/10/1888 - 08/17/1889
Do you have any idea who the first one is, and is the second the one you are looking for in the photo request?
John V. Prim 05/10/1868 - 08/17/1889
The dates are not matching up and neither are listed as unmarked in the library records.
I want to help you find the right one.

|paths2present||Primm family in Colorado|
I was out at Fairmount Cemetery and wound up with photographs for the Primm family buried there. I posted photographs to the memorials you created for them.
John Thomas Primm Sr # 85042880
John Thomas Primm Jr # 85042989
Eugene C Primm # 85043105
I also created a memorial page for Mary Primm so that I could post the photo. I will be happy to transfer her memorial page to you if you would like to manage it--just let me know.

|Jack Yankee||Amanda memorial #13682218|
Always glad to get help on my family info.
How are you SURE that this Amanda is your Amanda Leonard Underwood? I must admit that I've got some problems linking this particular Amanda's memorial to one born in 1884! But who are you, and how are you related? Are you sure your Amanda is buried in the Underwood Cemetery? Or is your link that of her being the wife of Jackman Underwood? Let me know!
Please let's continue this conversation by you contacting me at: firstname.lastname@example.org

My name is Lyndon Barsten. I believe you left a virtual message on my grandfather's grave. I am a little blown away by the accurate data on the Barsten family here and in Norway. So we are related? Please pardon me if I don't remember you.
Added by Lyndon Barsten on Apr 22, 2012 5:04 PM
I am not related but I did know her. My dad worked for Kaiser Engineers and worked with her husband in Columbiana, OH. She and my mother were friends. If you would like her transfered to you I will be glad to do so.

|Thomas Reed||RE: Joseph Prim Photos|
You are quite welcome. I just came across another website(http://calaverashistory.org/cemetery?sort=asc&order=Last) that has a list of everyone buried in that cemetery. Next to Joseph Prim it has "Civil War. Confed Army". I didn't know if you knew that. I don't know how that was determined, because I didn't notice anything on the stone.
