|Harriet Martin||Alice Virginia Brown Evans|
Alice Virginia Brown Evans does not belong to the William & Rebecca Brown that are buried in Brushy Cemetery in Montague County, TX. She belongs to another William J. & Rebecca Brown. You can check the info from the 1860 to the 1870 census in Arkansas and check their ages. They have the same names, but not the same children.

Yes, almost all of the people buried in it are relatives. I'm surprised someone was able to find it and snap a picture of it. It's hard to find. Literally in the middle of the woods on a back road in Arkansas. My ggggrandparents, William and Willie Thrower are buried there along with other relatives. Other family members are buried elsewhere in small cemeteries in rural Arkansas.

Do you have any idea where David Lee Dillard's wife is buried?
Her maiden name was Elizabeth Bennett, B: 1868.
They were married on 15 July, 1886, but I can find no record of her death or burial.

|jdadwilson||Theophilus & Madora Denson Family|
I note that you are the keeper of the Find A Grave record for Madora Frances Bradley Denson. I am working with the Fannin Co., Texas GenWeb administrator to update some of the information on their site (TXFannin.org). One of the families I am working on is that of Theophilus Hill Denson. According to his obituary on the site he had 4 wives and 16 children (12 living at the time of his death). According to the information on her Find A Grave record Madora married Sole Denson after T. H. died. Can you point me to the source of that information?
FYI, my research indicates that Theo might have had 5 wives instead of 4. I found a marriage record in Dallas Co., Arkansas for Theo and a Mary Elizabeth Stroops dated May 24, 1864. I also located a marriage record for Theo and Sarah Olivia Bradley dated Nov 22, 1868.
It is interesting to note that Mattie Washington was born on Aug 8, 1876, the same day that Sarah Olivia died. Thus, Mattie is the daughter of Sarah not Madora. It is probably the case that Sarah and Madora were sisters. I haven't found that connection yet though.
The most interesting fact of this family is that Theo's 1st (or 3rd) wife, Madora died on Mar 1, 1887 and Theo married wife 2 (or 4), Nannie on Mar 1, 1887.
Thank you for the information you provided on this family. If you would like to contact me privately you may do so at jamesAwilson@verizon.net.

I notice you maintain the entry for Wiley W(omack) Hearnsberger [1836 - ????]
I wonder whether Find A Grave#43055165 might also be him? Have you seen/considered this entry already?

I'm looking at memorial # 104431925
and wondering if Elizabeth's maiden name is
Peacock instead of Placrest
Do you have any more info on this memorial or a source? My family records have Elizabeth Peacock married to Charlie Hawk in Fordyce, Arkansas.
Hope you have a chance to look into it,
