RE: Grandparents of mine
I'll be driving near there at the end of Aug. I'd like to visit a church there. I hear they have cannon ball damage to it from the Civil War. Would you like me to do a search for you while I'm there?

Emma Akard and Marian Zappetti Dreyfus
Thank you for photographing the headstones of my mother Marian and her mother Emma. I am wondering if you could take a picture of my grandfather's also? His name is Antone Zappettini, but the tombstone simply says "Tony". He is in the same group. The official location is section RA, block 5, lot 53, Grave 1.. His birth was May 25, 1881 and he died Nov. 24, 1916.

Your great grandparents
Eventually, I will be going to Holmes County to find some of my family's graves. If you can give me the names of your great grandparents, I'll keep an eye out for them while I'm looking for mine.

RE: Mary Unknown Born 1874 died 1906. Birth: Jul. 28, 1874
Death: Jan. 31, 1906. I am on a search to find my GGGrandmother born Mary Ann Ettinger 1874 Kansas and Died somewhere in the early 1900's. Last place she was known to be was Lewiston Idaho with her brother George W. Ettinger and his family. My GGrandmother was Ceola Margaret Ettinger Keith born to Mary Ann Ettinger and Hollis Watson Keith...they were not married. I know I am grasping at straws but wondering if there is any kind of information to go with this burial? Perhaps where she was born etc...the timeline fits exactly. Perhaps there is a male tombstone close to her with the last name. Thanks for any help or information you can provide. Please feel to email if you have more questions!

We respectfully request permission to use the cemetery entrance photo in our personal tree. Bruce has cousin interred there and the photo will make a great addition to our tree.

Thanks for your consideration.

Thank you for contacting me about my brother Jerry Dale Grimsley. I did not receive the attachment of his headstone that you had sent to me. Do you still have it to re-send, please?

Could you please get a photo of my great grandmother's grave for me? I was there two weeks ago from New Mexico. My sister and our hubbies and I walked a good portion on Sunday, but didn't have a plot map and the office was closed.

RE: Ada Owens
You are welcome. I knew Ada 30+ years ago from my work, most of our contact was by phone. I still have a kissing angel music box that she gave me way back then. I was telling my husband it's story the day before I saw your photo request. Ada was always nice to me.

Thank-you so much for the transfer. It makes me so happy to be able to connect my family when I can. And thank-you for all the work you are doing on Find A Grave. I'm sure your making alot of families very happy when they can see their loved ones when they don't live in the area.

RE: Sibyl
no problem!! glad we could help! we are currently trying to get a headstone for a baby that was 16 days old at death and died Christmas day, 1995 - still has the grave marker from the funeral home from burial!! we actually went to forest park to talk to them about purchasing a headstone for him. the lady that helped us, Gina, was incredibly helpful! good luck getting the markers and please let me know if I can help with anything else!!

James Banks, Redding
Thanks for the photo. I thought he might be buried in his sister's plot, but it appears he is between two Mortensens. They may be related but no idea how. Mortensen is a Danish name, though, and James' dad was from Denmark.

Thank you so much for the offer to transfer, but the Hulls are not family of mine. I am presently updating and care taking the majority of Shasta Masonic memorials for a fellow contributor and am exploring missing links for some of the people buried there. Hopefully all the memorials in my care will someday pass to their respective families and descendants. Glad you feel that way too. Take care, nice to hear from you again! -Mike

Burney cemetery
Thank you so much for the headstone photos in Burney cemetery. (Terry, Wilson, Wall, Barron, Berchem, and Dysle) I am sure the families appreciate it and I have made the links you requested. Happy you did this. Every time I add photos to a memorial my computer locks up so I have not added a photo for some time.
Thanks again !
