Frederick August Heise
Hi! I have been good and hope you are too. I am impressed at all the work you have done trying to track down his burial site. I am sorry to say I am not much help as all the information I have is what I received from Paul. (Frederick's wife was a sister to my great grandfather.) I see Paul Heise has a profile page on Find A Grave with an email address, so I sent him an email asking if he knows for sure where Frederick is buried. He has been a member for over a year and has two photos, so not sure if he still comes on here or will see the email. I would leave the memorial as you have have put so much time and effort into looking. I will look on Ancestry and Family Search to see if I can find any more information. May also see if I can come down the line in his family and see if I can find anyone who might know for sure. Thanks!!

Frederick August Heise
Hi! I saw you had a note on his memorial about where his grave was for sure. Many years ago, I was given some information on the Heise family by Paul Heise. His wife Emelie was a sister to my great grandfather, William August Fehrmann. I have not researched the Heise family a great deal, but Paul did list the cemetery for Frederick August Heise as being Snow Hill Cemetery in Lincoln Co., WI. I have no idea where he is buried for sure, but thought it might give you another possible place to look. I have not been in contact with Paul for 10+ years, so as I say, I cannot verify the information. Good luck and thank you so much for all the work you have done on Lincoln Co., WI!!

Thank you photographing the stone of my cousin. It helped me find the name of his wife. Another branch of the tree found. Carol

RE: Town of Doering Cemetery
Is the Doering Cemetery listed under another name? I had looked before I created the cemetery and I couldn't find another under that name. Obviously if it is a duplicate I will remove it. Thanks. Bill

Saw that Eliza Ladwig didn't have much of a memorial so tought I'd dig on Ancestry a bit and give her a memorial. Lo and behold there ws the woman's info we'd been looking for ! Eliza Hansel and Ladwig were the same person ! How's that for luck !

RE: Crown/Norway Family Members
Oh..I misunderstood what you were asking for - no, these people are not my relatives. I don't need them transferred. I thought you wanted them.

Kizzy - I need the memorial numbers of what you want transferred. Unfortunately, I sent my mind reading abilities out to the shop for new batteries and they won't be back for at least a week.

Thank you, so very much!!!! I am so happy, Mathilda was my great grandmother's sister and she happened to die on Feb 20th birthday. Not the same year though.
I have sort of attachment to her eventhough I never knew her. Her face in the picture I posted on here of her resembles my dad. She had a son Vilas that my great grandmother named and helped her give birth since my great grandmother was a midwife. I also have talked with her daughter too for some information. Her daughter really liked my great grandmother. This is really a happy day. Thank you so much. Her daughter spelled her maiden name with one m and that was surprising that the grave stones had two m's.

Thank for all your effort with my family! I agree how confusing it is that there are so many individuals with the same names. And my research leads me to believe that there were 2 August and 2 Minnie Kruegers living in Wisconsin at the same time. Thanks again!.......Ann

Thank you so much for getting a picture of the other side of his marker, he was so proud of his military service.

Thank you for the Civil War marker photo. 2010 I had made arrangements for this new marker. When it arrived at the Cemetery they did not seem interested in installing it. Happy to see that it has been done.

Michael and Brigitta Walter / Forest Hill
Hi. I just posted photos for Michael and Brigitta. I also added memorials for some other names on the stone. You should be aware that I took the liberty of linking Michael Jr as the son of Michael and Brigitta, based simply on the information on the marker. If you feel that's incorrect or insufficiently substantiated, feel free to remove that link (or if I need to do it, let me know). Tim

sideways deletes - Nevermind...
Yeah, so I guess I can delete the photos. Did not know that. So, nevermind my request for you to delete anything. I got it covered.

figured out the sideways fix!!!
The only thing I'll need you to do is to delete the images you see sideways in your memorials. I don't have access to delete anything, otherwise I would.
Please start with Helen L Nellie Fricke Pinter #122897715. You'll notice I added 2 more photos of the same headstone to test it out. Delete all the ones you see sideways in the rest and I'll replace them correctly at my desktop.
Sorry for the confusion, but thank you for letting me know about it! I'm basically only online using my ipad now, so I don't realize anything appears in error.

RE: Menzner Headstone Photos
Ack. Sideways? I thought that might happen. I take them with my iphone and upload them with my ipad. Sometimes they show up sideways when you view them on a desktop. But they look fine on the ipad... I'll check and see if I can correct.
I didn't find Robert yet, but I did find Menzner twins. Alexander and Matthew. 1986-1986. If you want to add them too, I can add that pic.

Thank you for fulfilling my requests. This is a very old marker. I'm glad you were able to read the name still. I'm very happy to have the pictures!

RE: Vetter Headstone Photo
Yeah, I kinda cheated. I took the photo in 2010 on a very lovely spring day. I have Vetter in my family and lifted it from my tree on ancestry. Sorry, it's not a fresh one ;)
