Henry J. Inman
Thanks!
I received your reply to my photo request for Forest Park Cemetery in Houston of Edna Glenn (Inman) Church and her husband Walter. I have called the cemetery and they will call me back with the plot, etc. When that happens, I'll just put it on the Memorials. Is that okay? Thank you for your help!!!

Amen, to the friendly help. It IS time-consuming work - how many times do we sit down to edit one thing, or add one date, only to end up losing several hours (maybe days?) - :)

John S. Pitzer
Irish Eyes, thanks for the death certificate, I did not have that. I am afraid I can not shed any light on John S. Pitzer or his wife Edna Blanche Faucett. John and I are 3rd cousins, once removed. I learn more from you than I knew, thanks again. I know you said you were not related, but if interest you can view my genealogy at

http://timforsythe.com/users/1344/names

I have not updated or corrected the information you have provided yet.

I added marriage certificate to her F A G page- husband is mislabeled Cook at wvculture.org/vrr and so is very difficult to find.

I found the Cork cemetery and took pictures. The day was dark & cloudy and large pine & cedar trees envelop the cem., so I have to go back on a very sunny day and try again.

The Holbert family and all their branches are just so big and it has been fun finding out new facts about them.. You have been so generous with helping us get those pictures up on this website so other family members would be able to see them.. Thanks again and I hope we can work together again very soon…Cheryl

Adalee Ora Holbert Doty
Hi, I hope all is well with you!
A Darlene contacted me from Find A Grave and she tried to find the grave marker for Adalee, member number 108220240. There is no gravestone for her at the Beverly Hills Cemetery and I thought you could notate that on Adalee's memorial. Darlene did take a picture of a marker for her son Harley R Doty and I just added a memorial for him.
Let me know how you are doing if you get a chance, I have missed our mailings...
Cheryl

Gravestone Photo Permission
Thank you for photographing the gravestone of Margarett Alford Poole in Garden of Memories (Memorial# 61317854). I appreciate it.

I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Louisiana Obituaries, where her obituary is (or will be) included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/obit.html.

May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, I will add this to the photo caption:

Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com
Permission granted by the photographer, Irish Eyes [or your name if you like]

And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!

Best regards,
Pamela Alford Thompson (Find A Grave #47195155)

RE: Henry Grottendieck
I'm fine with not stating her parents if you're not comfortable. But it might help someone else's research if you present it as a possibility. I also may have just found another piece of the puzzle. I think I found her in the 1930 census as a nearby boarding school student:
