Thank you very much for taking the photos & adding additional memorials.

fyi; In May 1871, Hannah Holdeman [or as Hannah spelled it, HoldERman] married Amos Root. In the same year they moved west & settled near Mosier in Wasco county, Oregon. They were one of 1st settlers in the area.

Hannah was a sister of William B Holdeman [my grandpa]. They grew up with 13 siblings [total of 15 children] in family.

Hope I haven't bored you.
Many thanks to you.

Mosier Cemetery
Thank you so much for adding photos! It's on my "To Do List" when I get back up there so now we'll have more time to enjoy the local scenery.

Again, Thank you for the picture, I noticed that it is on there sideways. Would you be willing to fix that? I would appreciate it!

Jenny Brown
Solomon Foust
I recently went to Newport-Reams also known as Cynthian Cemetery and took photos. Solomon's stone was in this cemetery, not the Old Oran Cemetery.

RE: George W. Real
Good Morning!

Thank you for taking the time to write regarding George Real. In regards to your question, I do not know the answer. Just left a memorial token in his memory.

Pam, this baby is buried in the following location: Block:7 Section:3 Row:5 Grave:16
This is a "baby burial" section. Please add the plot location to your request to make it easy for a volunteer to find. Thanks!

Audrey Staples
Violet Hill Cemetery
Hello, it is a little too snowy right now, and it will also become very muddy soon after the snow starts to melt. The person that photographed the original one probably won't go back and do a retake. If it doesn't get done in a timely manner from anyone else, message me in the Springtime and I can take a trip there.

I took a picture of the spot where his marker WOULD be, if there was one. Sorry I couldn't do better for you!

RE: Paula Silva
Hi Pam,

Just wanted to let you know I visited St. Catherine's today and did not find a marker for Paula Silva. I also looked for Petra and Fermin Silva who, according to the cemetery records, are in the same plot D14. Sorry I couldn't fulfill your request.

Hi Pam,
I am always happy to transfer family members within Find A Grave guidelines. I am just as happy to add information and links to memorials that are not within the guidelines for transfer. Thanks for understanding.
All the best.

Barbara and Jonas are my gggg grandparents. I descend from their son Frederick. I have done much research on my Rudy family over the past several years and would be happy to see what info you may have on the line and share what I have.
I'll contact you in email when the holidays are over.

Hi Pam,

I have not been out to the cemetery in months and for that I apologize. I am going to try over the holiday break. Thanks, Lonnie

Idlewilde Cemetery Mausoleum
I've recently added memorials for the Idlewilde Cemetery mausoleum and niches. I see you have been claiming photo requests for the cemetery. If you are interested, you might want to add photos for the mausoleum.

RE: Florence Shortt
I posted the obit to show that Florence is actually buried in the Springfield Memorial Gardens - not Lane Memorial Gardens. I see that the person maintaining the memorial has moved her to the correct cemetery. Unfortunately that cemetery is quite a drive for me and I don't go that way very often. I suggest that you request a photo now that her memorial is in the correct cemetery. Hope this helps.

Madeline Jackson
Thanks but never mind -- she died in '84 in Los Angeles. 1940 census says she was a nurse which may have been what took her to CA - it also said divorced. Don't know if this is an error or I need to check both WA and CA vitals. Thanks for the obituary - every bit helps. LG

Eugenia Clark
Thank you for the obit. I don't know that you will know, but it mentions Madeline - census indicates that she was divorced - any idea who she married? LG
