RE: re: Riverside in Grantsburg
That stinks, you would think that once someone claim they would give a couple of weeks before they step in.

RE: re: Rydlewski photos
Oh, you're very welcome, I really enjoy doing it! It's funny, because that cemetery is an old, Catholic cemetery, and the early burials are sort of laid out in not much of an organized fashion, and the stones face in all directions. The row numbers are more of a suggestion instead of an exact location, lol. I had walked around and around the area, and found most of the other stones I was looking for, but these two eluded me. I had pretty much given up, but then I turned around to go to another location and there they were, right in front of me. If you have any other requests from this area, let me know, I will be happy to get those photos, too!

RE: re: Fred Gallagher @ Ft Snelling
You're very welcome. It was just recently put in, thankfully. We have some really great photographers picking up requests at Fort Snelling and we've been getting them done very fast. It's really a beautiful place and I used to take the photo looking down onto it but have since changed because it's a shame not to include the setting which can be spectacular!

RE Find A Grave Memorial# 122559040

Hello again, S!

I just noticed that you took the pictures for their son (Dougal D. Blaisdell) and their daughter (Sharon Shirley) graves at Balsam Lake Cemetery as well.

Also, her husband's parents are buried there and you took those pictures as well: George M. and Elsa H. Blaisdell.

I am now 99% positive that Winnie Blaisdell Johnson and her first husband, Donald N. Blaisdell, share a headstone/monument there.

I hope this information helps, thanks again for your help!

Vicky

Photo inquiry
Your msg on your profile said that if we needed you to look up a photo that you might have for uploading to please ask. I have one that I am interested in. It is Jesse Grant Steele. He should be located nearby his brother John Andrew Steele and his wife Katherine. Balsam Lake Cemetery Wisconsin. Thank you in advance for checking.

Interesting. My mother's maiden name was Gallagher but all of her relatives, that I know of, were in the NJ or NJ area.

Headstone
Hello,

I really, really appreciate you posting a photo of Anders Jensen's headstone. I saw that you said you have some others not yet uploaded, I was curious if you have Ida Jensen's as well (it should be next to Anders's)?

Thank you so much for doing this. You have no idea how much I appreciate it.

Best wishes.

RE: re: Andersen photo request at SCF Cemetery
Hi Sue - Thanks for taking and sharing the photos of the Andersen headstones. Eva Andersen's headstone is quite legible, but William's is a bit shaded. Please don't make a special trip for a new shot. Anytime you are at the cemetery taking other shots would be just fine. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

RE: re: Winnie Johnson at Balsam Lake Cemetery
Unfortunately, I don't know if it was cremation or full burial. Her obituary just stated "Burial will be at Balsam Lake Cemetery." I believe her husband, Donald N. Blaisdell (1906-1969), might share a plot or close by. They do have a son, Dougal D "Duke" Blaisdell (1935-2011) that is also buried in Balsam Lake Cemetery as well. I wish I had more information for you and I do appreciate your help! --Vicky

Thanks for the headstone photo of Edna. I had totally forgotten about it. She was a Stenberg which I'd guess the "S" is for in her name.

RE: Hendrickson's
I didn't realize there were Hendrickson's living in the Dresser area that weren't related to me. My Dad and 5 siblings were born on a farm outside of Dresser. They are all buried in other cemeteries in Polk county except for one that is buried in MI. None of the Hendrickson's from St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery are my relatives. I did find Guy & Augusta Clark that I had known. They were my uncle's in-laws. His wife and I had done a lot of comparing on genealogy so I did have some extra information to send to you about that couple. Thanks for letting me know. You have done a lot of wonderful work in the various cemeteries.
