You're very welcome. Yeah, the snow adds a bit of a Rochester touch. Today it was just a dusting though...Here's one of the volunteer photos I took Thanksgiving weekend when we had a more serious storm:

Lora Hembree
I got your pics posted today for Lora Hembree. I got kind of carried away working on that. I saw that Lora's husband was buried beside her and I took pics of his grave and added them to his page. I was about ready to go and for some reason I wondered who was buried beside Lora and discovered it was her daughter Betty. Her stone was up against a tree trunk and it was so dark in that shaded spot it was in and had so much dirt on it I could not tell who it was until I brushed the dirt off and looked real close. I cleaned it up real good and took a picture of that stone too.
I happened to notice that Merilyn Hembree Edwards was buried right by them in the next row over. I had added her to Find A Grave quite some time ago and at that time I could not figure out how she fit into the family and did not notice these other Hembree's buried over in the next row from her. I really worked on that today and got Merilyn all figured out. She was Lora's granddaughter. I figured out Merilyn's parents and added them to Find A Grave and linked them all together. I don't know where Merilyn's parents are buried in that place?? Their funeral notices said they are buried there. Merilyn sounds like she was quite an amazing person?
I found a funeral notice for Lora and found out her maiden name and who her parent's were. The person who made Lora's page, The Angel Hunter, is a young mother who is going to school full time and is verrrrry busy. She has not done anything with my last couple of suggestions I sent her and I hate to keep pestering her if she is too busy.
I added captions to most of the pics I did today on these Hembree's.

I uploaded the headstone, but probably no help. Could you tell me what other information you were looking for and I can call the cemetery and see what other info they might have. Maybe it is something you could use.

I am your father's (Mike) cousin. Your grandfather (Albert) and my father (James) were brothers. We have another cousin that has worked on the family history for the last 30-40 years. Hundreds and hundreds of years of history and pictures. Would you be interested in going to the family reunion this summer? Do you have a facebook account or an e-mail I can reach you at? Let me know.

Please note the gravestone in Bay City cemetery has a date of deat of 2/2/1952 not the 1976 per your request. Maybe this stone shouldn't be posted here?

Thank you so much for the picture. I think pictures add so much to the family tree. Would it be all right if I add the picture to my Ancestry tree? Again thank you very much. Lynn Fuller

I am in the process of photographing all of the stones in Rehoboth Cemetery. If I find any more McCrackens I will surely post them.

RE: Thank you
The Clarks had similar stones and they were buried next to each other. There was a family plot of about 8 Clarks which included 3 Bartell
stones. I added all those to Find A Grave. There were
Ida Clark, William Clark, Frank Clark, Mary Clark, Lettie Clark Bartell, Grustv Bartell, and Larua Bartell.
