List of Levi Boyd's children
Levi was my gggfather.
My ggfather was William (no middle initial) Boyd.
The M has gotten on the internet because someone read the Rev Wm. Boyd as if it was William M. Boyd.
If you look closely at the picture of the stone, you can see what I mean. Anyway years ago I corrected the person that originally made the mistake but I guess I'll have to following up on the ripples of her error til I die. I have a copy of his Certificate of Ministerial License, his bond, made by cousin M V Brewer, when he became Sheriff of Jones Co., his marriage certificate, and the power of attorney given by Levi's children and their respective spouses to William, to allow him to sell Levi's land. I think they had had enough of Probate court proceedings during William Brewer's estate. I have copies of those proceedings as well.
Let me know if you want copies of any of those docs.

RE: Masters Cemetery in Limestone
I'm so sorry but I do not have any pictures of blank or unreadable markers in the Masters Cemetery. Time and mother nature has not been kind to the cemetery. If I get the chance to return I will look for any unreadable markers. I will have to find someone to go with me because of the brush. Good Luck! "chip"

James Coston
Nellie Clancy, Armour Ce.
U asked for the parental info on her for records.
I entered a blow-up of that section on her memorial page which sez "DAU OF W.D. & A.B. CLANCY" as well as a plot foto to show relationship of family members.
Enjoy and I hope this info assists U in your genealogy search.

Levi Boyd
He was my gggfather. Thank you for posting the memorials for Levi and Nancy. I've been tracking their descendants for some 20 years now.
Since you posted Levi's and Nancy's memorial, I've sent edits to the other children's memorials to try to link them to their parents. His youngest son, John Boyd born 1840 died 12 Nov 1862 as a Civil War POW after having been captured at the battle of Corinth,MS Oct 3-5, 1962. - no known grave, and no memorial. I would appreciate it if you create one for him and link it to Levi and Nancy.

RE: Thomas M. Loftis
I am related to the Wyatt family thru marriage. The probate records of William Blackwell Wyatt, lists his daughter, Carrie Wyatt Loftis and her husband T. M. Loftis.
T. M. Loftis was appointed guardian ad litem for Carrie's younger siblings, because their parents had died. When T. M. Loftis died on March 17, 1915 in Edom, Texas, a Citation on Application for Letters of Guardianship was filed. A brother of Carrie Loftis, Oscar Wyatt, was then appointed as guardian of the minors. These records can be found on Ancestry.com/wiki under the probate records of Henderson County, Texas: Texas, Probate Records, Henderson Co., TX, Minutes, 1901-1917, Volume L, pages 117-118,161 and 440-443. There are more pages that cover the probate records for William B. Wyatt, but the pages I listed here specifically mention T. M. Loftis. I think that T. M. Loftis and Carrie Wyatt married in 1911. I haven't located their marriage record yet, but I believe they married in Henderson County, Texas. The last record that I have of Carrie is the 1920 Census in Henderson County, Texas. She was 31 years old and was living with her sister Effie Wyatt Emerson.
Thanks for responding.

Wallace Henry Stammann
I was at the Barclay cemetery today and looked for this relative of yours to take a photo. My daughter and I walked the entire place twice and could not find any with the last name Stammann. We drove down to the Lutheran cemetery and found 3 Stammons there. I did take photos of these. I hope this info helps you in your search. Good luck.

Wayne Smith
Birdwells, Edom
Rhonda, I have a 2002 survey which is helpful in locating grave stones, as Edom is so big. It doesn't show Patrick Robert; may've been missed or doesn't have a readable marker. E. Tilley is in section 2, row 11; Ira Thomas is in section O, row 31. The survey shows: Bob, Hampton, Wood L., Bobby Reginald, Joseph, Alphord Lee, Minnie, Ethel, Harlon, Jackie Ken, H.C. (Cliff), W. Cone & Eleanor. Harlon was a classmate, had a leg amputated and then passed away; I remember him as always being dressed nice & neat; he was Jackie's brother. I will get the pics for you when I get a chance to go to the cemetery, if someone doesn't get there first.
