I do not think we are related, unless very distantly. I usually leave a flower for every Babb I find, as my mother and her father were Babbs.

|jklaus||Robert Patton, 1806-1879, Perry County, Ohio|
I am doing research on my Patton line and was wondering if you had a tombstone photo for this Robert Patton (who was married to Ann King). I am curious about the source of the death date of Jan 10, 1879, as I show him with two of his daughters (Lucinda and Martha) in Perry County, Ohio in the 1880 census taken June of 1880? I see other ancestry trees have his date of death as May 31, 1881. Just trying to clear up this discrepancy? Let me know if you can help. If it is an 1881 death date, then the find-a-grave information should probably be updated to reflect that. If not, then I am confused on my Robert Pattons for sure!

|Keith Meadows||RE: John Penco, Panco et.al.|
I appreciate your help with him! I am working on the Meadows line and Earl Elijah Meadows and his father Elijah Preston Meadows' prior marriage to Judy Penco led me down this path. I was lucky enough to make contact with Earls' kids and that was how I knew that John and Judy were in that Jenny(a.k.a. Crucy) Cole Cemetery. Judy is a very interesting one as well trying to figure her out with all the different documents that I have been able to find. I have a cousin who is going to go to the cemetery and get pictures of the headstones for us as I have several folks that I'm missing from another edge of the Meadows family and I'm hoping they're in Jenny Cole as well - so save 1 picture spot for that :-)
I really appreciate the offer of the transfer but other than what I've given you that's about all that I know at this point about John and I'm not down-line from him. I will probably find out more later as I keep digging (hopefully an actual picture of John and Judy) and I'll gladly bring that to you.
Thanks for your help again!!!

|Janine Pellman Seis||Perry Sycks|
Hello. I see you took a photo of a broken gravestone for Perry Sycks. Do you live in Perry County, Ohio? The original entry lists three Sycks in this cemetery. One is Mary Sycks who I know was my son's ancestor, the other is Perry (you took a picture of stone) and the third one says JUNE Sycks. Now, it doesn't seem like June was a common name in those days and I feel it really is John since the age and death date would fit him. Mary is John's wife and he really should be buried next to her in the First Methodist Church Cemetery in New Lexington. If you happen to go back to that cemetery, would you look around for another broken stone that may be next to Perry or Mary to see if it could possibly say JOHN and not JUNE? There is no picture of a gravestone for June because maybe there isn't a June in that cemetery??? Thanks for any help you can give me. Janine

|moorek||Amos & Hannah Frame|
Hi. I am curious about Hannah Frame and her relationship to Ammos Frame. I am descended from Amos via his son, George. I'd never heard the name Hannah, although I am not surprised to find children older than George, who was born in 1827. Amos and Elizabeth would have been 34 and 20, respectively, when Hannah was born. I am trying to figure out where John Frame of Muskingum County, OH plays into the family. According to the 1850 Census, he would have been born about 1811. At the same time, Amos Frame was living in Holmes Twp, Crawford County, OH. Could it be that Hannah is Amos's niece?

|Todd Bredin||Andrew McCloy in Allegheny Cem Pittsburgh|
Hi, This Andrew McCloy, married Clarissa, they had a child, Irene McCloy (1844-?), who married a 'Judy' and had my grandmother, Ada Jane Judy. Irene's husband died, she remarried and Ada Jane grew up in grandparents house (Andrew and Clarissa) and with her Aunt, Eliza Jane (McCloy) Carson. Do you know anything about Irene's second husband, a 'Jones' or where Irene is buried. I have more info on Andrew-Clarissa's 9 children.
PS. in the 1880 census McCloy is spelled 'McClog' in Familysearch.

I'm pretty sure that the Lavelette Mullins, born in Wyoming Co. in 1850, that married Colonel Childers is not the same Lavelette Mullins that married George Lewis Burgess. She was born in Logan Co. 18 Aug 1869.
