thanks so much for taking the picture of Sally's stone. I have a lot of family in and from Mt Kisco, so I am sure there will be more request to follow. I saw you only added the close up on Sally's , if you could add to her Husband and son, that would be great. I didn't want to do it since you get the credit. Also, do you mind if I use on my Ancestry site (I will give you the credit)

|Wilda Dillion||Re: George Amede Baltazor|
Dana - Like you and many others I'm working on my family tree and have lost a second cousin. Since you live in Mt . Kisco I thought you might be able to help me with this.
George A. Baltazor died 4 March 1940 in Northern Westchester Hospital as the result of construction accident. Oelker & Cox Funeral Home took care of the service. Funeral mass was at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and his death certificate says he was buried in their cemetery. Later his son ordered a marker put on his grave - not in person, but by mail. Now no one claims to have any record of George.
He died in 1940 - not the eighteenth century or the dark ages. In recent years the son has visited the cemetery twice and can not locate the grave or anyone who can give him the plot number.
Can you help me with this? George's Find A Grave #107166531. Thank you, Wilda Dillion #47569167

Your welcome! There were only 5 requests for that cemetery and I thought I could take care of them while up in VA visiting..wrong! I went to Public works to get info, went out to cemetery and looked and looked. Had to drive back home that day so gave list to my sister. She was lucky enough to get another person at Public works to help locate them! She took some on her regular camera. (One I posted is from her cell). If you would like more, I can send them to you. Just message me. (My mother and several family members are in that cemetery.)

You are super! I'll see what I can 'drum' up on photos needed. Most of mother's family never left the area and they are ALL over the place-lol. Pam

|Tavenner||R. Hiram Eudy|
I saw your note about finding R. Hiram Eudy # 107676848 next to John Eudy at Salem UMC Cemetery. It looks like they are brothers ... however, both headstone seem to have date issues. R Hiram Eudy is Rufus Hiram Eudy born in 1880 .. not 1890 (everything else is correct on his headstone).
His brother; John Eudy's death certificate lists his death date as 13 Mar 1929 (headstone shows 20 Mar 1929) and his birth is just listed as "56 years, 2 months" which would make his birth about Jan 1873 (headstone shows 27 Feb 1872).
John's death certificate lists his parents as Harrison Eudy and Inez Rawland (Rowland) and lists the cemetery as Salem, so I'm guessing it's the same John Eudy as was already listed there, with the similar dates?
Thanks again for all your help.
