Ok, when I see my sister in law in December I will ask these questions. Hopefully she'll remember. Also I had thought Pearl lived and died in California, I believe I have a pic of her daughter. I can see the confusion. I'll get back with you on this. Also John Arthur changed his name a couple of times as well as his birthdays and I have no idea why.

I know of no other Moore desc. that is working on our direct Moore line at this time, but there is a neice left that I maybe able to get information from regarding the Moore's. What would you have me ask her? I do know that there was a Elbert Moore that signed a delayed registration of birth for Leonard F. Moore and he was listed as Leonard's uncle. I had thought that Elbert was a brother of old James Moore who was Leonard Alexander Moore's father.
Sometimes the Moore children changed their names as in John Arthur Moore. I believe I have a pic of Burl.

Leonard Alexander Moore childrens names were given to me by his grand neices and nephews, who were grandchildren of Leonard Franklin Moore. If you look at Leonard Alexander Moore's wife's memorial (Lula), you will see a picture of his and Lula's children.
I see where one of your Moore's was buried in Sutter cemetery. Leonard Franklin Moore's son in law is buried there also.
I understand there were Moore cousins living in the same area in Yuba county & Sutter counties. I know there was a sister named Mary and she was married to an Al Michelack. I am not sure of the spelling. Another son went by John and Arthur both. So your Moore ancestor could be from the same family.
I'll send if I can find any further information on those children named

I know how that feels, to miss your grandmother. I miss mine too. Glad I could help, even in the smallest of ways.

This is in regards to a suggest a correction I received from you to add a link for Find A Grave Memorial# 48462 (Richard Mace). To add a link for a son or daughter you would actually need to go through the son's or daughter's memorial and have the parent's memorial number added.

Yes you can create memorials for someone who has been cremated. To do this just click on Add Burial Records choose Family and Friends fill out the info, name dates etc... then choose at the bottom of the page Other - (cremation, ashes scattered, body donated, etc.)
If you need any help please let me know.

In regards to a suggestion you sent
Another son, Find A Grave Memorial# 32953571 (Heber Ainsworth is my step-grandfather)
The memorial number 32953571 doesn't pull up anything. Also what is it that you want me to do with that number? If you are trying to link Heber as a father you will need to go through the sons memorial number to get that updated.

|BKR||RE: Searching for his parents|
I'm so sorry, but I don't have any info on Sherman Farmer. I just happen upon his gravestone when I was at the cemetery one day. You might contact the cemetery to see if they will give you the info - I've done this before for my own family records. Have a very Blessed day!

I am not related to the Moore or Zarth families. I only add a person if I come across their obit or death cert when searching for my own ancestors.
