Thx for the photo. Now that the weather is nicer, I bet its good to get out and about. I'm originally from Brookfield but a branch of my relatives are in the New Haven area.

|Fernandez Family of Estero||Rappa Photo Request|
Thank you so much for the beautiful photo you took of their headstone! I appreciate it very much since I am in Florida I would not likely get up there to get these photos. It is volunteers like you that make researching so much fun!! :)

|Rick Ferris||RE: Nathan and Nancy Shepherd|
I am impressed that you thought to bring a tree saw with you when you went there. I've never heard of a Japanese barberry bush myself, I thought it might be a crepe myrtle, which I do know personally is next to impossible to get rid of! You went above and beyond, thank you!

I was not sure if you realized there are two parts to the St Mary's cemetery that are a bit of a distance from one another. Do you happen to know which one this should be in?

|Mary Ann Fisher-Procopio||Williams and Borisuck|
I was wondering if you were related to John Henry and Elizabeth Ann Williams who are buried in Riverside Cemetery, CT. John's mother, Margaret Ann Hall Wain Williams, was my great grandmother's sister (Sarah Hall Hogan). Looking for more info on Dorothy Mae's two sisters. Thank you.

|Boyce M. Lawton, III||Amalie and Otto Emrich|
Thank you so much for the photo of Amalie/Amelia Emrich - and especially for finding Otto's grave. The two were my wife's great grandparents.
My father-in-law died in February, and when I asked where Otto was buried in December, he couldn't remember where Otto was buried. You have solved another big puzzle for me.
Otto was a baker who once lived at 579 Howe Avenue and later at 156 Prospect Avenue in Shelton.
I enjoyed reading your bio as well. I hiked part of the AT for a little over a week in 1987. My oldest son just crossed over from Webelos to Boy Scouts this weekend, and I officially started my role as an assistant scout master.
Thanks again for all of the help.

I just wanted to let you know - I found Daniel Rice (the son) obituary - I forwarded it to the individual who maintains the memorial and it has been added if you would like to see it.

You may not be able to take a short drive and stroll the cemetery, but may I say that you are in a beautiful part of the country. New England is so special, and I am totally biased about that. I was born in Boston and returned frequently each year to visit relatives, but now, they are all gone.
Sorry, I don't know where to get information about unmarked graves at Whitewater, but if I find a source, I'll certainly share it.

|Essex||William Thomas Keith|
After reviewing family records, census data, the website link you provided, as well as visiting the cemetery, I have linked William Thomas Keith with his wives. He is buried, along with all three wives, in Whitewater Cemetery. Thank you again for bringing this information to my attention.

|Essex||Willie M. Keith|
Thank you for your question. The information I have is from family records passed down from my great grandmother who was a Keith. I'll be the first to say, however, that just because something's written in a family record doesn't necessarily mean it's accurate. So give me a day or so to get those records out of storage and follow up on this. Again, thank you for bringing this to my attention.
