Louise Barons Pehota memorial
Louise Barons Pehota re: memorial # 133828343 Louise is still very much alive. Dated this day Aug. 2, 2016.
Her memorial likely should be voided or a pre need created. Info found in "Help with Find A Grave".

Thank you for updating his memorial.

Note: on your profile you say, "Some headstones have suffered damage over the years either by vandalism or lawn care and by posting them here they will last forever."

I think that is the greatest service of Find A Grave. I wish I had found some of my family's headstones before they were badly vandalized or stolen. Putting them on Find A Grave preserves them, even when the graveyard is plowed under for a mall!

Thank you for your efforts.

Are you related and have more info
Hi Terry, Thank you for all the work you do on this site. As I was looking through it and found one of my ancestors I notice you have placed flowers next to his name. Are you related to this person and might have more information on him....
Bernard Dick
Birth: Aug., 1907
Saskatchewan, Canada
Death: Jun. 19, 1953
British Columbia, Canada
Hillside Cemetery

I am trying to find out who his wife was.
Just was wondering since you put flowers there.

Thank you

Thomas & Lillian Shores
These are my aunt and uncle (godparents) and I would like to take care of their record on Find a Grave. Not sure how this is done but please let me know. Also Carrie Shores Ford and Allan Ford are both very much alive. I think they have just bought plots at the Kamloops Cemetery. Carrie is the daughter of Thomas (Tom) and Lillian (Lil).
Look forward to your response.

Unless you are dying of curiousity I would say let it go. I feel awkward bothering perfect strangers and don't like imposing on nice people like yourself. It isn't a vital matter to me - more an exercise in using online research tools. Thanks for everything you have done - Dean Knudsen

This is intriguing. Do you have any idea as to the source of the photo of the plaque that is posted on Find a Grave? Isn't it interesting how evasive some of these dead people can be! Thanks for your time - Dean Knudsen

RE: George Mobley
I hope you aren't making a special trip just on my account, but I will be curious to know where the cemetery is. George Mobley had two brothers who served with him in the 7th Iowa Cavalry (a regiment I have been researching). One brother died in Manila, the Phillipines and another who died in western Colorado. All three wandered well away from Iowa! Thanks - Dean Knudsen

George Mobley
Hello. I notice you posted a photo of a grave marker for Geo Mobley but the cemetery is listed as unknown. Do you happen to know the name of the cemetery, presumably in Kamloops? Thanks, Dean Knudsen

Hi Terry,
I love this old photo - love those little house on the prairie dresses! As a photo rescuer, I find a picture with info on it, pretty thoroughly research it, try to place it on findagrave if I can and Then I look for someone who is researching that line to give the picture to. I am still in the process but will let you know if I need to take you up on your kind offer. Lucy California is the only one I found that a gravesite was set up for.
thanks so much!
