|Paul White||William V and Frances J Matthews DuVall|
Thank you for posting the graves of William V and Francs J Matthews DuVall, (Memorial #'s 103969858 and 79843911). They were my second great grandparents. After zooming in on the photo of Frances headstone, it looks like the birth date is Oct 10, 1827 rather than Oct 19, 1882. Also it says Wife of W. V. Duvall rather than W.W. Duvall. Would you mind reviewing this and making the corrections and linking the two together? Also, I was at Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens this summer but couldn't find William V. Duvall's grave. Is there a headstone for him? Thank You!

Thank you for finding and photographing Peyton's marker. I greatly appreciate your time and work. This helps confirm that he is not in Starrett Cemetery, as is listed in his register of death.
Might I have your permission to use your photo in my family tree software?

Thank you for the photo of Charles and for adding both gravestone pictures for his wife, Anna. These are very nice and I really appreciate your time and work. I will make photo requests for the gravestones of their children as well (and other family members as I find them!). I realize there may not be markers for Catharine or "Unnamed" Byrne due to their age and the age of the plot, but I will make the requests anyway. Thanks again.

|Cherylene Peterson||Ernest Gordon King|
Hi, I just wanted to let you know that Uncle Ernest did not die in 1952. He was alive when I was born in 1961. I apologize, I do not have the exact date but it was either in 1992 or 1997. He was in his 70's when he passed. I thought he was 78 but he could have been 73. Of the boys that grew up together, he was the youngest to pass. Uncle Daily and Uncle Leslie were in their 90's and my Father Albert was 88 and just passed this year. Thank you so much for your time and I hope that you have a great day!!

Thank you so much,I will have to do a better job looking. I had my mom and aunt and 2 of my daughters but they had someone coming in to be buried and my girls wanted to go before they got there so we didn't spend as much time as I wanted to. I hope to get back this fall so maybe I will make another trip over there. Thank you again

I think your ideal is good. That' what you should do, since many people on Find A Grave use death certificates for memorials on Find A Grave. I've found sometimes death certificates are not always correct and found just by walking and recording or photographing a cemetery is not always correct or the best, as stones have birth and or death dates incorrect, or a person listed under middle or nickname. That' why when I walked cemeteries or took photographs, I came home and researched the person.
Thank you for all your work,

Thank you for your message.
If a cemetery has been renamed or merged with another cemetery you need to notify find a grave. Find A Grave can moved all the people listed under the old cemetery name under the new name for that cemetery.
Most of the time find a grave will list the new name with the name of the old cemetery, in this case the new name would be "Stone Run Cemetery". That way family will know where to find love ones or others posting memorials would know the correct cemetery to list a person.
I have no problem linking family members which only helps others who maybe looking for family members buried in WV. I will wait until you notify Find A Grave and the two cemeteries are merged. Just let me know please.
Thank you for all the work you do on find a grave

the Braxton County Cemetery Book Vol 2 uses the name Lough Cemetery. This was its name in 1931. Ask me how I know. Well I found a gregory buried there and on his death certificate that was the name. The undertaker spelled it Loug Church.

If you come down Corley-Caress road to Rt 19, turn right across the Salt Lick Bridge.
About a mile or so look for Rev. Robert Robison's home and State Road garage both are on the left.
Just before you get to the driveway into Rev. Robison's homeplace--he is now deceased and so is Ressie--and the state garage will be in sight.
Turn left onto a dirt road (in good condition) which goes up the hill to the cemetery not to far. If you look to the left you will see the fence around it on top the of the hill.
As for K of P the caretaker is no longer Oras Ray McNemar Jr but Thomas Crutchfield. The good news is I have the listing of the K of P in the Braxton County Cemetery Book Vol 2 and have just returned from there taking pictures. I have entered lots of people from that cemetery.
