John Frederick Bamberg
I do not know a lot, Charlotte. If you go to his page you'll see all the children I could find. If you google the individual names, you will find some info that way, they were a prominent family. There are a number of people researching that line. I posted all the family members' obits that I could find.

You left a message on someone else's page about Henry Bamberg's parents. He has links to parents; I got those added a while back. I worked over the Bambergs pretty hard, trying to get them linked up and all.

RE: Thomas Clayton
I looked at Reverend Thomas Clayton, but there's no mention of who his parents are in the obituary that I posted there. So sorry that I can't give you a better answer to you question.

RE: Emiline Price-Thap
Yes, interesting. Especially that they were both named Emeline. This cemetery has several cases with the same first and last name. There are an abundance of Mary and Samuels. It seems, as with my family tree, the roots are intertwined. The families were so large, that it wasn't uncommon for more than one couple to come out of two families. My grandma called their kids "double first cousins". I'm not sure if that is a correct term but it is accurate. lol I went back to the cemetery. I only had limited time but I found Emeline's husband Samuel A.'s marker, her sister, Mary, and her husband, William. But no Emeline. Samuel's grave is marked off with 4 stone corners indicating there was some sort of fencing etc. around it. The size is for 2 graves but no marker beside his. Not even a hint that one was there. I checked all around that area and around her sisters grave. I wasn't able to find Dermie and Lillian's graves and they aren't in the archive on the historical website for that cemetery. I'm not sure where to go from here.Do you have any suggestions?

I saw your note on contributor Ed Moody's 47460869 page. I've done some poking around on the Bambergs-would love to kick that around with you.

Problem with grave marker info.
Charlotte,
I fulfilled your request for Mary Martha Price Dosher. I also have a picture of the marker from a little distance away to show what it looks like around it. If you would like that one as well, let me know how to get it to you. I am new to this and I don't know how to upload more than one picture. Also, I found a marker for Emaline ("a" not "e") Tharp Price. However, the dates and her parents are different. It is the only one in that cemetery that I can find by walking it or by the online index with that name. Marker says:
Emaline Tharp
Daughter of Samuel B. and Mary Jane Price
Feb. 15, 1841
Oct. 1(?), 1890
So I didn't use the picture to fulfill that one yet. What should I do?

Margaret Price
Hi, Charlotte! No I'm sorry. Price is such a common name, then along with it, Margaret is still more common. You wind up being in a guessing game. I do wish you well in your hunt. Bill

Hi,
Sorry, I don't know anymore about them. The information I have came straight from the marker. I checked historic obituaries on GenealogyBank and did not find one for him. If I do find anymore information, I will let you know.
Thanks
Tracy

There are two other small headstones next to Lillie Cannon, just like hers. Mary Cannon and Will Cannon. I added them both to the web site. But I had no dates to add to them.
