Christopher, I put in edits for Rufus. Solomon and Martha were already updated. I'll put them in for the rest of the Houghtons in Willow cemetery as I can. I have a lot of them in my family tree.

Christopher,
Yes, Rufus is their son. Good catch :)
I put in edits to link him. The NH death record names his father. Solomon & Mary Houghton are my 4th great grandparents.

Christopher - I have linked Alfred's wife, Eliza with him. Thank you for all the work you are doing on the Brooks family. I am descended from Samuel Brooks who came from the Catskills with his wife, Elizabeth, by oxen to Ohio.

RE: Fred Mayhew
Dear Christopher,

Thanks for looking. Fred Mayhew was born to Catholic Québecois parents named Mailloux who moved to New Hampshire. Many French Anglicized their names when they moved, I suppose, to make life easier for their children. Strangely enough, the woman he married, my great-aunt, was also a Mailloux. Oh well, I've yet to track down their children, I'll keep working away.

Thank you for all your valuable work.

L.

Hello Christopher!

I was very happy to photograph the headstones of the Ingalls & Ladds at Crawford Cemetery. This cemetery is only about a mile from the house where I grew up and in which my mother still lives. I have noticed there are a lot of other names in this cemetery whose headstones are not photographed. A job I need to do sometime in the near future!

Regards,

Carol

You're very welcome.
Happy to help.
By the way, I went ahead and submitted a correction to have the spelling of Lena's name corrected from "Lina" to "Lena," but the owner of the memorial is no longer active. So I submitted the request to the FindAGrave admins. Just an FYI.
Thanks!
John
