Obituary for Stephanie Morris

MORRIS, Stephanie M., died suddenly on May 29, 2014, of Marlton NJ. Age 40. Beloved wife of Jay Morris. Loving and devoted mother of Stephen, Alison and Christopher Morris. Dear sister of Michael O''Neil and Jennifer Parker. She is the daughter of the late John and Brenda O''Neil. Stephanie was a 1991 graduate of Gateway High School. She was an extremely caring and supportive wife and mother. She was generous in life; supporting Autism Awareness, sending care packages to the soldiers and sharing her big heart with all who knew her. Her generosity continued even in her death; she was an organ donor so others can live. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing Friday from 10:30-11:30am at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton. Burial immediately following at Mt. Holly Cemetery, Mt. RIP Stephanie
Stephanie O'Neil Morris I'm gonna miss you so much! I loved you like a sister. You are the reason for everything in my facebook genealogy life right now. I met you through findagrave, we e-mailed & chatted & before you know it we would talk on the phone for hours upon hours about genealogy & our families growing up. Besides my fiance Lara Watson Poley you were the very 1st friend I added to facebook & through you I met our other cousins Pamela Farrell Joseph, Sandra Inberg , & Carol E. Sharp Basile. I loved talking to you on the phone about our Robbins / Sharp family. From all the times we talked I got to know you more & see what a kind good hearted loving woman you were. You were not just my cousin, but a great friend also. I remember how excited we were about getting together with Pam in June or July to all meet up & go to Dividing Creek, Port Norris, & Haleyville where our Sharp & Robbins ancestors came from. What I remember most of all about you was your dedication & the love you poured out for your husband & children. I'm gonna miss you so much Steph . I love you cuz.

Hi Stephanie,

Sorry it has taken so long to process your edit on his birth year, I did a little research on him myself just to make sure, and I believe you are correct, so I will put through the edit. From looking at the records I am guessing his early life was quite chaotic -- shows up in someone else's household at the age of 10 with one of his brothers (maybe their parents had passed away?), and living with his uncle at the age of 20, I'm guessing his own wife may not have even known his birth year, and he may have decided to make himself a couple of years younger.

RE: Sharps
Hi Stephanie,
You're welcome! Now that I think of it, I may have put up your great grandfather's memorial for the other Imily! One died in 1833, the other in 1933?
I'll take a second look...

There are a few more Sharps, took some pics...but don't remember seeing the names you mentioned. I'll just put the other memorials up if they aren't yet listed.

take care,
Lori Jo

No I am not related,
I am documenting our Old City Cemetery and see he had been buried here at one time.
His large monument is no longer in this cemetery, just wondering what happened to it and where he was moved to.
There was an entry for him in 1986 census of this cemetery. So, he disappeared after 19986.
Just like to clear up the mystery.
Thanks, David Parsons

RE: Lawrence Rainsford
I have to say I did think the spelling was wrong but his death registration and the official military records show Rainford.

CWGC will not alter either the headstone or the records without a copy birth certificate.Do you have one?

You don't need to contact findagrave-you can do it yourself-simply go to edit buril and follow the instructions

Hi Stephanie,
I'm more and more convinced everyone buried at Sharp's connects with each other at some point. Your connection is much more direct, so i'm turning the memorial over to you.......

RE: Marlton cemetery
Hi Stephanie,
No I do not work for the cemetery. I am just someone who decided to transcribe this little cemetery and put it on Find A Grave in hopes that others (like me) would find their lost loved ones and know where they are buried. If any of the memorials that I have created are related to you please let me know and I will gladly transfer them to you.

How ironic, I am searching ancestry and this name popped out as wanting a photo. My mother's 1st marriage was to a Gordon Morris from Philadelphia. Any relations?
