RE: Hope Cemetery, Dryville
I agree he should have a tombstone but whether a military or conventional has to be the call of his immediate family. I don't know his marital or sibling situation and whether there is a plan for the future. Probably the funeral home can enlighten us. Perhaps I'll check it out.
Thanks for your interest and consideration for Feryl.

David,
Feryl was a second cousin. His father, Grey, shared the same grandfather with my father. It's sad he died so young, and we never met. Also sad he doesn't have a tombstone. Perhaps waiting for death of another family member.
This is the heading of his pay-per-view obituary:

Feryl C. Scheidt Obituary(Archived)
Published in Reading Eagle on May 16, 2009
First 25 of 180 words: Feryl C. Scheidt, 62, Kutztown, passed away on May 14, 2009, in the Windsor House, Martinsville, Forest County, Pa. Born in West Reading, he was an Air Force veteran...
Best wishes,
Neil

David,
I did not create this cemetery but even if I did the name cannot be changed once it is established. The reason is that the name as you now see it is inbedded in thousands of different points in the web as a reference for many researchers. I am not the only contributor to this cemetery. Why did you chose me to change the name? Just curious.
Neil

RE: Mrs. Abraham Treichler's obituary
David: Thanks for the obituary of Mary (Folk or Foulke) Treichler. I have included the info you gave me on her findagrave memorial (#90427524). It's curious that they left off her maiden name on the obituary, and I was wondering if it was overlooked? Thanks so much, Kitty
