You're welcome. Happened to be in that area for another grave and saw the Cridler Stone, couldn't resist and was surprised to see a request for him when I looked up St Bona's Cemetery. Kathy

RE: Phyllis G Smythe Cridler
Ok. I was just curious as the one in Allegany Cemetery is buried with E. Thomas Needham Smythe.
I will still ask the cemetery office as they might have more information so that I can add it to the photo of the grave marker. Thank you, K

Phyllis G Smythe Cridler
I stumbled upon a grave for E.Thomas Needham Smythe 1933-1954(Find A Grave #120747010)and Phyllis G Smythe Cridler(Find A Grave #120747009)in Allegany Cemetery. I have a photo of this stone...her name on this stone is Phyllis G Smythe Cridler 1915-2006. On Find A Grave she is listed only as Phyllis Smythe for Alleg. Cemetery.

BUT she is also listed as Phyllis G Cridler in St Bona's(Find A Grave # 105436483). I will check with the Allegany Cemetery on Monday to see if she is buried with E. Thomas Smythe. When I inquired about her before I only had the Cridler name.
They had no information on her. Maybe she is listed under Smythe....at the Allegany Cemetery and her burial information is on the Smythe plot card.
I hope I have explained this so that you can under stand what I mean.

Is E. Thomas Smythe her son? Thank you, Kathy

Martha & Edwin Drage
Hi Lorraine,

I spent several hours today walking the entire Ridgelawn Cemetery looking for headstones for both Martha Drage #125659579 & Edwin Drage #125712470, but could not find any.

This is an older cemetery with many illegible or broken headstones, so they may have markers, but I didn't find any for them.

I know for a fact that another Find A Grave photo volunteer looked and was unsuccessful also. Please consider removing your request.

Thanks,
Linda

There are other Wetherbee's out there that might be of interest as well. If so, put in your request.

Lillian Brown San Luis Cemetery
Hi,
There is NO cooperation from the San Luis Cemetery with Find A Grave volunteers. However, according to the San Luis Obispo County Genealogical Society you can request a photo of who you are looking for by doing the following:
Address your email to slocgs@gmail.com
Put in the subject line San Luis Cemetery Headstone photo
Give them the name and birth and death dates, or as much as you know. Ask them to send a picture of the headstone, and tell them how you are related or what your interest is in this person. They will appreciate that.
They will send you the photo as an attachment to email. They took photos of the thousands of headstones they indexed in 2009 and 2010. They photographed virtually all headstones that could be deciphered. So pretty much everyone, who was buried there before 2009-2010 has a picture of their headstone in the database of the Genealogical Society. The society will respond to individuals, but prefers not to send pictures in bulk to Find A Grave volunteers. They also have not made an agreement to download their data to the Find A Grave servers.
As a reference here is the website for the index

Best wishes.

I just posted a picture of the headstone for Emoline White in Ford Hill Cemetery. Your listing shows the spelling as Emeline. Do you know which spelling is correct?

Hallock - Montrose Cemetery
Would you kindly email the cemetery at info@montrosecemetery.net to inquire about the section/plot details and whether they can confirm there is a stone. I walked most of the cemetery today and did not see a stone. If they email you a map, perhaps you can share it with me.

Best,
Jenn O.

RE: Martha Augusta (Ballad) Cook
Hi Lorraine,

Really appreciate the burial location for Martha! Are you planning to put up a memorial to her? Or would you like me to do? Either way, it would be great to get done so the children she and Edgar had can be linked them to both. Just let me know.

You might note that Edgar Francis Cook, memorial 91943934, is now linked to his parents, grandparents, and great-grandfather.

Any chance of getting Edgar's siblings that you have memorials to also linked to their parents rather than just a note in their bio?

I speak of:
William Cook, memorial 76161984
Priscilla Rogers, memorial 76160742
Adelade Sandercock, memorial 81442481 (should be Adelaide)

For each, their father is: Samuel Cook, memorial 67597381
and their mother is: Phoebe Blake Cook, memorial 67597450

Will appreciate your help with this. And please let me know about Martha. Thanks -

Kathleen

Lorraine, Thanks for getting the plot info. I went out there today and could not find a marker for harvey. I have a picture of the area he is in and they are quite a few others in this section with no markers. CRob
