Thanks for looking for the graves for me. They died in 1896 and 1908 respectively so they are old graves. I appreciate the time you took to check.

Since the photo is of his parents, does that mean he has not headstone?

Columbus & Sarah Murphy
Thank you for the info on the Murphy's burial site. Unfortunately, I didn't create their entries on Find-a-Grave so I won't be able to make the correction.

I hope to be in Missouri this summer; perhaps I can locate their graves and snap a photo.

Thanks, again.

RE: Mary Jane Harris
Hello! Thank you for getting the headstone photo. I'm glad you didn't go out there in the middle of a blizzard. I am researching (on my father's side) the Harris, Harrison, Griggs, and Tacketts.
My father was born in Elmwood, Mo. in 1888. He was 59 when I was born... and he was a great father. I've been searching for his Great grandparent's graves on Find A Grave, Franklin Y Harris (1838-1900?) and Luduska Griggs-Harris (1842-1895). Franklin shows up in the 1900 cencus in Enid Ok, living with my grandparents, 11 Jun 1900 & died 20th Jul 1900.
I've been in Missouri many times, but it was before I started researching my family. I do hope to visit the Saline county area and check out records. Unfortunately we don't ask our parents the right questions and when they are gone there are so many stories that are left unheard. Thanks again for your pictures!
